Pre-ordered a ThreeA Premium Bumblebee transformer figure since Oct 2014. I had been waiting for it for months. Was feeling weird since other retailers had received and obtained and shipped their orders and I was still waiting for mine. Called them up and they said they had not received their order yet and told me to check back in a couple of weeks. I just checked back with them and they told me that all orders are cancelled and there is nothing they can do to help me. The most ridiculous part was that if I didnt call to check in with them, they wont even know that their supply was cancelled. Basically, you cant trust your pre-order with them. They should have actively checked with their supplier to make sure they will receive their order. Thru out the whole pre-order stage, I received no information from them and I was the one who actively checked in with them. Unless they take care of this for me, this review stays at 1 star. First order with them and this is the result. RESPONDING TO YOUR COMMENTS: I appreciate your apology. I made many pre-orders from different stores, and this was the first time I encountered this. One of my main issue was that you dont follow up with your distributor, unless I called. Your inability to fulfill my pre-order had resulted in me paying an extra USD$150 to purchase this item from other store.

TERRIBLE! WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN! I bought a wolverine mask on the 1st of May. A week later I called to to see where it was because i hadnt gotten any tracking/shipping info. The guy seemed sweet and told me that they are going through a system change and my order is slightly delayed. I was told that it will go out THAT DAY. A week after that i called back and asked again where it was. The guy again seemed nice and told me that one of his employees sent it to the wrong address. Now i am getting a little annoyed but i tried to be reasonable. He told me that one will be sent out to me THAT DAY and by the end of the day I will have a tracking info sitting in my email. I said ok. By the end of that day, no email... end of the next day... STILL no email. I called the the following day but no one picked up and left a message. I called the next three consecutive days, No one picked up nor called me back. This is an AWFUL business. I am now in the process of disputing it and they still wont answer anything. Save your money, time and go somewhere else.

This place is a Joke!!! I preordered one comic Vampblade issue 6 (which was already out at the time of the order) they took my money off of my credit card. Sent me a Digital receipt saying that they will send me a addition email when the comic ships off. No such thing happened I called the store several times no such luck the phone either ring and nobody would answer or I would get this recording saying enter Remote Access Code. I figured Send in an Inquiry to the website concerning my order still no response. Then off to Facebook to message them I sent a Three message with my inquiry and questions about my order I Got this automative response almost instantaneous saying Thanks for Messaging Us Well respond to you in a short amount of time no such luck. Last I sent an Email From the link provided in the digital receipt Still no response. Its a shame from the taking my money and run alongside not even being able to contact me about any questions or inquiries. Im sure this is an awesome store in person but the Online shop is just awful

I ordered a book from this place in May of last year it is now almost September 2017 and I have called multiple times to try to see about my order. When they did pick up the phone which was very rarely it was an excuse as to why it was pushed back which I understand a signed book being pushed back because theyre only a certain number of them but its been over a year. If you cant supply something to your customers, a refund should be given and an email notification should be given. This place is a scam. There are so many Facebook reviews online about people ordering things and never getting them. Just tried to call them during the day five times in a row and it says the memory is full and they dont pick up the phone. I want my book or a refund, this is absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in any situation ever. I never complain about these things but this is just out right stealing on their part. If I could give zero stars I would.

I placed an order December 7th for a Christmas present a family member asked for. I was charged December 13th, and when December 21st rolled around, I emailed about my order not yet arriving. I never received any type of response until December 27th when I received a notification that my order has been cancelled. It would have been one thing if they were out of stock or whatever and informed me within a reasonable amount of time, because there were a ton of other sites offering the exact same item. I ordered from this store because they are very close by to where I live. I didnt have my present for Christmas and its pretty much the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I try to go to smaller online retailers when possible, but this type of thing never happens with Amazon. This is what happens when you order from a store with a gmail account I guess, and these five star ratings sound like store employees or owners reviewing their own store.

I ordered 2 comic subscriptions from 1up Collectibles via their website, for for 12 months -- meaning they were contracted to deliver 2 comics each month to my home address. I guess I received the first one (of each issue), or possibly the first 2 shipments (so nothing wrong with address details), then nothing for ... 4-5 months. I tried contacting 1up Collectibles via email and messages ... nothing. They have not responded. Nor delivered my comic subscriptions. Nor refunded my money. Currently in dispute via PayPal, but the original 12-month subscription order was more than 180 days ago and so I am not confident of seeing my money again. DO NOT order on-line from them. Period. (If you search on-line, it seems I am not the first to have my money taken and nothing delivered.)

After having a horrible experience at another local comic shop. Me and my wife found 1Up and asked him the same question as the other store. Instead of Lee pointing at the wall saying there are the comics he walked us over, and answered all of our questions. The atmosphere is great, the service is great, and because of that we bought 40 comics that day and signed up for over 20 other titles at his store. Me and my wife our now proud platinum members at 1up Collectibles, and have been so for over 8 months now. And another thing that is great every time we ask Lee for something and he doesnt have it he orders it for us right away and for trade paperbacks we get 10% off just because he does not have it when we where there. Cant beat this place. Five stars all the way.
