Generally the only reason I come to this shopping center. I enjoy reading and they are a wonderful clean and well stocked store. Instead of buying a nook I just downloaded the nook app on my tablet computer and phone. If I cant find it on the nook app I look on Kindle app but support B&N first. If you cant find a book in store ask and they will get it for you. Nice section for for little things for desks, writing and drawing. Comfortable sitting areas scattered around the store and a Starbucks with nice but overpriced drinks and foods.

Great customer service! I called to ask about in-store availability of an item and not only did someone immediately pick up the phone, but they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They looked up the item in their system and even took the initiative to put me on hold for a minute and check to make sure it was on the shelf. It was, so they even offered to reserve the item for me and make it available for pickup at the register. A+ customer service!!

Annoyed at the new layout. Why would you take away the new sections under each genre? When I asked about it they told me all books facing out were new...very not true. So unless Im looking for a specific author or feel like going through all the books in the section Ill never be able to locate anything new. Very disappointed since it was the new sections that introduced me to fresh authors Id never tried before. Kinda ruins the whole experience.

The people that work are always friendly and Ive been going to this particular store for about 2 years. I love spending hours hanging out, reading and drinking coffee there. This store has no problem with type of thing but it also always has everything Im looking for when I do shop. I rarely leave empty handed. All this extends to their Starbucks, including the friendly staff.

Customer service lacked enthusiasm, seeming a bit annoyed and reluctant at my questions and request for assistance. Also, this Barnes & Noble is severely lacking in its ART book selections, especially where concerns literature pertaining to the art and instruction of the Tattoo trade. I left heartbroken.

I needed help choosing books for my child and the woman in the kids books was really knowledgable. She spent alot of time helping me. She also gave me hints to pick books for my daughter and she talked to her and told her how she could pick books for herself too.

Love Love Love #Barnes & Noble, #Exton, Pa. They have #Movies, #Books and #Coffee at #Starbucks inside. WiFi is available with seating. Its easily accessible off of Route 100 and you can access the Route 30 Bypass or Business Route 30 easily as well.

Decent sized Barnes and Noble location. Two stories with a coffee cafe. Usually well staffed. Almost always have to wait in line to check out but it goes quick. Typical Barnes and Noble pricing - pay retail unless you shop the bargain books section.

Love the queso and guacamole! The food is great and atmospheres wonderful. Staff is curtious and attentive! I go once a month with my cousin its a great place to catch up and talk and have great food.

The staff was helpful in helping me find what I was looking for & although I never found Noam Chomskys "What We Say Goes", I was able to find "The Wikileaks Files" & Chomskys "How The World Works".

I always enjoy my visits here. It does have a bit of a strip mall feeling, unlike their better self-standing stores, but it is a great place to go and do the bookstore-coffee shop thing.

Great and wonderful as any Barnes & Noble stores! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable! They have Starbucks inside the store! I enjoy reading books and drinking coffee at B&N!

The new pizza at the fakey starbucks was under cooked. This building needs a little TLC. the bathroom is gross. They were out of hand soap. They do have big comfy chairs tho.

Barnes and Noble has done a good job integrating their in-store inventory with their website. The staff is very helpful when you need a hand locating something in the store.
