I used to LOVE this place! Any free time was spent here. We dumped a lot of money in the Salisbury , MD store!! My daughter was raised there and grew up in their childrens department! HOWEVER, things have changed in the customer service dept! Our family bought not one but FOUR of their reading devices! We enjoyed their tech time on Saturday mornings but when they got rid of their tech lady they rudely dumped all of the 8 plus members. But that was not the main problem!! It was their insanely RUDE ASSistant manager Brian who acted disgustingly nasty to the group who attended their tech class, mostly older people!! Instead of offering for the group, who bought from their café and bought ebooks, nooks and accessories , to continue attending the café until they were ready to replace the tech staff...he was only too glad to cut loose the class. Personally, I believe it was because many people LOVED the tech staff member that was moving, extremely knowledgeable and great with customers and Brian was intimidated and jealous of the departing tech staffer. Brian, the ASSistant manager, is awful with customer service(not to mention LOUD) and if Barnes and Noble desires to keep him (which I can not image why they would want to) ...he needs to stay in the BACK where he is not seen or heard from! And by the way...Apple thanks you because we have since bought three new Ipads that are much better than the nooks.

Horrible experience no negative stars?. Bought a 70 dollar book off theyre website they sent the wrong book. Somewhat knowingly by the sound of the woman from customer support. It didnt stop there though. We go to this location and want to return it. We were being helped by a young man. Then the very snobby woman beside him says we cant return that very sharp. Will never return to this store or website for any reason.

I have visited this B&N many times and have always enjoyed the locations wide aisles (I use a scooter) and helpful staff. Ive also eaten here several times - try the feta & spinach stuffed pretzel or the Smores cookies - and have always had a good experience. A very relaxing and comfortable environment!

Since a clerk at the Salisbury Store helped me download the NOOK app I can not access my ibooks.I have contacted the web site,the said my satisfaction was their #i priority ,but the wont respond to me when I e-mailthen on the address they provided.

Its a great place to relax while getting some work done, the kids can pick out books, educational toys, music or go play with the train set, while you hide from them with a vanilla breve in the cultural studies section -- theyll never look there.

It is a good store but the website is very unhelpful Ill order books that are over the eligible for the free shipping, but I still wont receive it and pay the ridiculous price for shipping. It is very frustrating and I always turn to amazon.

Wonderful atmosphere. Helpful employees. Its great to get a coffee and walk around looking at the books. Ive never left there disappointed. Even if the book I wanted wasnt on shelves they offered to order it for me.

Great selection of books, though some are a bit more expensive. If you shop a lot the 10% discount is worth the money, otherwise if you only buy a small amount it wont pay for itself.
