I used to go there all the time to read Manga one day while I was in the manga section i wanted to sit down and read book a elderly women who worked there told me I cant sit in the isle because people want books there and told me to go to the cafe no other employees really dont mind if i sit in the isle my friend was yelled at by here next time i go there and she yells at me over something that doesnt harm anyone or the store Im getting the manager but there was a girl standing next to me in the isle but she didnt yell at her.

I havent been here for at least 8 years.. Decided to purchase a $20 book on a whim. Was noticeably lost for 10 minutes continuously circling the store. Was asked by 2 other lost customers if I worked there whilst walking by 2 employees who offered no greeting or acknowledgment. Two older women employees went out of their way to be rude and condescending to me. I felt as if I was a burden. I understand that you are probably there working everyday, but this was a new experience for me and they really blew it.

Experience was horrible. I will never go there again. I went over before work to grab something to eat. The register was down so I was instructed to go to the music department to pay. There was a person in front of me trying to pay for her coffee. After both of us waiting for at least 15 minutes the manager told her its on us. When I get to the counter it was "lets see if you can pay up front. Of course she was white.

Seriously B&N!! Can you change your f$&@ing router please. The Internet is slow as f$&@!!. I spent lots of money in here while doing my stuff online. I need Internet, but your slow wi-fi really is a big f$&@ing disgrace!! If you want, I can buy you a good router, just let me know!!

I like Barnes and Noble, especially the one at this location. And I typically spend about 45 mins to an hour to look for a good book; or read one. Moreover, I find this location relaxing because; I can get me a cup of carmel macchiato, and let my brain take me places.

Nice place to pick up a quick gift or spend time browsing the books selection. Starbucks inside is a big plus(just renovated). Employees are generally friendly and willing to help. I like their selection of new games and collectible figurines.

Still such a great place. Though the world has been changing, its nice to be able to go and peruse the aisles, the books, and more. The staff is friendly, helpful, and engaging.

Its not usually very busy and its a nice place to take younger kids to play with the toys they have out for a little while and let you relax for a bit.

The store is "library" quiet. The cafe provides a nice space to peruse books or chat with a friend. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, and pastries.

Bring back the original hours... Every Barnes and Noble in PA is opened until 10 on week days and arent nearly as busy as this one..

Good place for kids, I bought toys and kids books. There are many pictures for kids, but there is no more burger books there.
