My husband purchased a 1996 Infiniti i30 from this dealership on March 1, 2014. We JUST received the registration and title on 5/3 and 5/5 respectively. Why? Because the dealer did not submit the paperwork! When we tried to call this to their attention, the dealership first could not be bothered to return my phone calls (I spoke with the sales manager, Adam, who denies being the sales manager, three times in one day). Then, when my husband and I went to the dealership the following day to speak with the owner, Dave Coughlin, we were met with, at first, incredulity, and then, snarkiness. When I told Dave I could read the laws he violated when he sold us the car, he told me he loved storytime. When I lost my temper and used cuss words, he deigned to call me a bad parent because I said the f-word in front of my daughter. Calls to the DMV had told us twice the paperwork was never submitted. The last time I called them, I asked the gentleman what my options were. He told me to request the work ID number from the dealership, and to report them to the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Emails to the dealer went unanswered, however, Dave did finally submit the paperwork on April 28th, a full 58 days after we purchased the car. If the dealership had attempted to address the issue instead of pulling attitude, they could a three-star rating. But since our concerns were never addressed, nor did we ever receive an apology for their behavior (despite my apologizing for mine), they deserve as low as I can give them.

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes AMG C63 from Car Connections USA, and have had a terrible experience. The car was represented as having never been wrecked. However, 4 days after the car was purchased, I discovered there had been SIGNIFICANT paint work done to the car (almost every panel/door was redone. Car Connections USA said they had hardly made any money on the transaction anyway (like that has anything to do with the issue), and refused to accept any responsibility or help in any way with the damages. There is a lot more to the story, and this site will be updated in a couple of weeks to reflect a full and accurate account. Trust and integrity are always at question when you purchase from a used car dealer, especially when you purchase over the internet. And with Car Connections USA, it appears their policy is BUYER BEWARE. Im sure most cars sold through Car Connections USA are easy and succesful, but the real test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. In the case of Car Connections USA, it appears they run.

I had a great experience with Car Connections USA. I found the vehicle online and had a buddy go an take a look at the car. He connected with Adam and called me back to say the vehicle was in excellent condition. Adam went out of his way to post pictures of the vehicle from every angle being certain to point out every flaw that he could find, every scratch, paint chip etc. Therefore there were no surprises upon viewing the vehicle in person. The dealership is located off the beaten path but Adam and staff make up for this by pricing the vehicles in a manner that nobody on the east coast can beat. I made Adam an offer, he made me a fair counteroffer and I accepted immediately. I caught the Megabus to DE and had a buddy drive me to the lot and was out of the door in 30 minutes with my new vehicle. This was a seamless experience and worth the trip. Highly recommend.

I have bought several car from Carr Connections USA and have also had them sell several cars. I have also sent friends and family there with great success. They have always provided me with service that was second to none. It was interesting to see some of the reviews and it is very obvious that these people with negative things to say should not purchase used cars from any one. These are the kind of people who want to roll in a big dollar car but with big money cars there is a bit of risk( especially european cars). What they should do instead is spend two or three times as much money to get a new car, or buy a car that is in their price range like a Honda civic a Kia. But than again most of these people can barely afford to buy the car even when they buy it used. Then when it comes time to have the car repaired they play the blame game. Keep up the good work guys.

Im a female healthcare professional who bought a car from Dave Coughlin in 2012 and was told that the car was in great shape inside and out. There was never any mention that the car had been in an accident. A year later I sold the car and upon getting the carfax report saw that the car had been in an accident. I called Dave and he was really rude about it. First he said "didnt I tell you", then he defended himself by saying that he inspected the car himself and it was in good shape. He offered 50% off his commission on the next sale and when I said I didnt see myself using his services again it ended there. He never made it better. I took a HUGE hit on the sale of a car because noone wants to buy a car that has been in an accident. I wouldnt have bought it either had Dave been forthcoming and told me the truth about the vehicle. Very disappointed.

Auction buying con men (PERIOD) Owner has god complex. please dig deeper into hidden reviews before buying!! Owner thinks hes an untouchable. Dave is simply a wealth of misinformation who needs to have the last word. In the long run I had the last laugh on these fools. If you do have trouble just sue the pos. just to be VERY VERY CLEAR DAVE... I had a wonderful experience at CCUSA over the past few weeks. I knew I wanted a Jeep, white, leather, sunroof, but also had a budget in mind! Adam was courteous to acknowledge all of my wants and used his knowledge of the market to set realistic expectations around pricing. Adam was in constant communication with me regarding the procurement of my vehicle and I couldnt have been happier when my Jeep was delivered by him personally after just a few days! The Jeep is great, but it was the customer service that really made the experience terrific. I will definitely use Car Connections USA again!

Had a horrible experience. My son bought a used Volvo and we requested and paid for an inspection prior to buying the car. The day after we got the car home the service engine light came on. We contacted Dave and he told us it was our problem. When we took the car to a Volvo shop we had to spend over $4500 with more repairs needed. I asked if the car would have past inspection a week ago and was told there was no way it would ever have passed. I am extremely disappointed in Dave and Car Connections and absolutely would never recommend buying a car from them.
