My wife and I have been doing business with Sloan Ford for more than 40 years. This past weekend we stopped in to see what type of vehicle we could afford to pull a "pop up" camper with since our current car ( a 2012 Ford Focus also purchased from Sloan Ford) was not rated to pull one. We wanted to be very careful because our Focus had been a GREAT car and only had 22,000 miles of use. We met with Neil Yeagley and told him why we were there. Even though the Store is in the process of being remodeled, Neil had no trouble at all listening to us and got a clear understanding of what our needs were. We were interested in a looking at a certified pre-owned Ford Escape with every low mileage and the capability to pull the camper we would like to buy. Neil showed us 4 Beautiful Escapes, any of which would have been Perfect for us and meet our needs. We picked a Tuxedo Black SE model and took a test drive. SOLD us immediately! They gave a a VERY FAIR trade in price on our Focus and we made the purchase. While we were in the process of decision making. And paperwork, Steve Patterson, who is the owner of Sloan Ford, came over and sat with us to make certain that we were being treated well and that we were satisfied with how our visit and subsequent purchase was going. Steve also wanted to "apologize " for the appearance of the store. We told him that we were not there to buy the store. The appearance didnt matter because it had absolutely NO effect on any of the processes involved in making our purchase! These are very good people and very caring for what the buyers needs are. I will not hesitate to go back again for my next car or truck and Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good car, a good price and top quality service and personal caring and treatment!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership because at the time my family was in a tight spot and we needed a vehicle quickly. The sales person seemed genuine and sincere and was very helpful...and when I decided to purchase the vehicle, that that is where the courtesy ended. When I was in to sign the paperwork, the payment was different than the salesman had quoted me. When I showed the sales Manager the e-mail they tried to twist the situation on me and say that I had made the mistake, and when I caught them in their lie they said there was nothing they could do about the price. So moving forward, when I purchased the car I negotiated the price of having an after market part installed. Hoping in good faith the dealership would try and make amends for their accounting mistake, I thought they might hustle the installation along...I was horribly wrong. It took 6 weeks for the part to finally be installed and that was because I after a month of being blown off and receiving horribly worded e-mails from the salesman I called the service manager who was very snooty with me. Now Ive taken my car in 2 times in the past year for maintenance...the first for a general oil change in which the individual in the service department made me wait for 10 minutes while he talked to a tech before he even acknowledged me...and now where my car has sat for the last 2 1/2 days and has not even been looked at. Now dont get me wrong, I really enjoy my car, Ive been pleased with its performance...but if you value customer service like I do then it would be best to purchase your vehicle somewhere else as the customer service at this dealership is atrocious at best.

Oil change and tire rotation gone bad. Went in on a Friday afternoon. Returned next day only to be told I could only be helped Monday at 8am. So I had to drive with squealing wheels for two full days not knowing what kind of damage is being done. Total of 8 hours in waiting room over three visits. 6 hours later on Monday tire rotation was undone. I was unknowingly sold two front tires larger than the four back tires by Sams Club in Exton. (I have 6 tires total on dual wheeled RV) Upon fixing things they made no initial offers of reparation nor the opportunity to speak with the mechanic. I had to proactively ask for the mechanic to speak with me and for a refund. This is the first of three maneuvers... to just send me on my way with no full explanation or refund! Next their strategy was to say the mechanic fixed a transmission leak without telling me and I should be happy with this as reparation. I said I have no proof or understanding of the value of this. I went on... since Sloan Ford didnt do a proper road test or noticed the tire size problem first, they agreed to make some reparations. Third Sloan tactic...they have what seems an intentionally convoluted refund policy to discourage money back. They refused to charge back to my credit card and only offered instead waiting weeks or more for a check of $30 on a $80 total bill to be sent. I would be out of town. Finally after three attempts to lose me... reparation was made with a free new battery installed. But really, 8 hours of my time and gas back and forth for 3 visits it doesnt seem enough.

I want to describe my recent excellent experience while dealing with Sloan Ford, but especially our salesman, Tim Dati. A couple weeks ago, while in the process of looking at approx. 5-6 different vehicle makes, we wandered into Sloan to test drive a 2016 Explorer, due to its close proximity to our residence, but likely with the intention of purchasing elsewhere via a car buying service. After narrowing our search to Ford, and doing extensive research on pricing, I went back to Sloan to see what they could do on price and financing to meet or beat the car buying service price. The main reason for this, was because of the very positive first impression provided by our experience with Tim Dati. He was extremely personable, no pressure kind of guy...and willing to go the extra mile even though we were just in the initial "looking" phase. While in for just a pricing conversation, we actually purchased a vehicle, while getting the price and options we wanted, at what we both (purchaser and dealer) considered a really great price. The negotiations and car buying experience were like no other vehicle purchasing experience Ive ever encountered. It was Tim and his colleagues at Sloan that made this happen. I will continue to utilize Sloan for the continued future for all of my service needs. While this was my first experience, I hope Sloan continues with this great customer service via their service department, because service departments can often make or break future sales for the sales team. Thanks, Tim! Great doing business with you! J&K M.

I had a wonderful experience with Sloan Ford. This is the second Mustang I have purchased and the best experience by far. I was helped initially by Neal who I believe is am excellent salesperson, very personable so easy to just discuss anything with making the car buying experience a great one. He and I test drove what turn out to be my new 2016 deep blue Mustang which I am having so much fun driving. It was a very busy day as they appeared short handed but the entire staff, during the middle of construction, did a wonderful job helping everyone who walked thru their doors whether it was for sales or service. As it was so busy Neal had to continue to help other prospective buyers and I was seamlessly passed off to a great guy named Chester who did an amazing job getting me the best deal possible and Aaron, I think who is the owner operator, came in on his day off to help his staff and really helped make this deal with Sloan ford possible. They have my business now for good and Im telling eveyone and anyone if you are looking for a car GO TO SLOAN FORD! Ill never buy another car anywhere else and as long as Ford keeps making Mustangs SLOAN FORD is the only place to buy one in my opinion. Happy Happy Mustang owner, Mark
