TL/DR: Just an amazing experience! If I could rate it higher than 5, I wouldve done it without any hesitation! Tom Duffy and Andy Cosklo made the car leasing process absolutely painless and very pleasant! Great job! *** We were shopping for a small commuter car mainly for my wife to drive it, we wanted to lease it and we wanted to have good leasing terms. Before coming to Matt Burne Honda for the first time we visited at least half a dozen of various dealerships, mostly in W-B area. Lets say it in all honesty - most of the dealerships we visited were trying to rip us off. Almost all of those "Lease *** for $199.99/mo" had a smallprint somewhere at the bottom saying "$XXXX due at signing, $XXX this fee, $XXX that fee + taxes + mandatory fees etc.etc.". Every time I tried adding this all up I came up with monthly payments that were at least twice the advertised ones with some unexpected fees and other nasty stuff. Needless to say that I was tired and quite pissed with how dishonest some of the local dealerships were. Matt Burne was a TOTALLY different experience. This was a true blessing - from the minute I entered the building the first time until my wife drove off the lot in her new car two days later - we were treated in a very honest and professional way. No long sales pitches, no attempts to shove me unnecessary extras and such. Only 10-15 minutes from my first contact with Tom Duffy, a great gentleman and very professional sales person out there, and I already had ALL the numbers in front of me - those sacred numbers that MOST of the dealers will never show you AT ALL! (leasing money factor, residual, list price, all incentives and fees clearly broken down with taxes already included). Most importantly, the quote was ~10% better than what other dealer provided us with. Next day Thomas spent almost 2 hours of his time on us while we were test driving two cars - we were debating between fully loaded Civic and bare Accord - and he again patiently calculated several different options before we finally made a final decision. And a day later our new car was waiting for us with all paperwork already prepared by Andy, the Finance Manager. Another 30 minutes and we were done with a new car on the road! Overall, very pleasant experience! I am really glad I found this place and if I decide to get the second Honda Ill definitely not think twice about where to go for it. Thanks, guys!

The team I dealt with at Matt Burne Honda is outstanding. I had been shopping around for a new vehicle the past few months and could not get anyone in the SC/NC area willing to put together a reasonable deal. I was up in MD/PA area for the Holidays and reached out to some local dealerships to see if anyone was willing to work with me on my new vehicle purchase. Lori Trygar from their Internet Sales team beat out any price I had seen locally as well as 10 other dealerships I was in touch with that week while I was in MD/PA. I arrived onsite and worked with Dave Campfield, who walked me through the entire process quickly as well as showing me the vehicle I agreed verbally to purchase sight unseen. Once everything was in order I worked with Andrew Cosklo, who completed the financial paperwork in under 10 minutes. Afterwards I was on the road back to MD and ultimately back to SC where i registered the vehicle. They overnighted the title to me at my home in SC and I had no issues titling/registering the vehicle on my own. They are clearly experienced and I would highly suggest anyone shopping for a new car either in state or out of state to give them a call. Within 24 hours of negotiating, I had my vehicle in hand. Thanks again, love my new Ridgeline!

I live in NJ and was passing through Scranton on my way to Ithaca when I smelled something unusual in my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. I pulled over and discovered there was a large amount of fluid leaking from my car. When I started the Ridgeline, I was unable to get the vehicle into gear. I assumed there was a transmission issue. I had my Ridgeline towed to Matt Burne Honda and they informed me that the problem was with the radiator and not the transmission. They replaced the radiator at a reasonable cost, replacing some of the transmission lines and flushing all of the fluids. I was very happy with their service and felt that they were upfront and honest about the repair. I realized that an unethical repair shop could have easily taken me for thousands of dollars on an unneeded transmission job. These guys got the job done quickly with no nonsense...and yes, the car made it back to NJ with no problem. If they treated a transient customer like me so well, i can only imagine how well they treat their local/loyal customers.

Matt Burne Honda is second to NONE when it comes to customer service. Their "white glove service" is what separates them from their competitors. Buying a new car can be stressful and nerve wrecking. They have it down to a science. I have leased two cars from them within the past couple of years. I cannot express how easy they make the process seem. Their sales staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Matt Burne Honda gets personal with their customers. They will help you pick out the perfect car thats right for you and your life. Their service team is extremely professional and thorough. They go "above and beyond" to make sure you are comfortable with your service needs. Their promptness is unheard of! I highly recommend Matt Burne Honda to all of my friends and family. Stop in and meet the team for yourself. You will be so glad you did!

My wife and I went there with the honest intention of purchasing a car a while back and found a car that interested us. The salesman took a long time (more than 10-15 minutes) to come over to me. Keep in mind, during this time, I was actively trying to get his attention and he was not with any customers. He then came over and completely blew me off, looking all around and answering my questions in the shortest, least informative way possible. After about 2 minutes of this, he turned to me and said "Oh, my friends just walked in, I am going to go talk to them." And left. He didnt ask if I minded or if I had any other questions... he just left. Needless to say, we left immediately and purchased a car from Dickson City Hyundai. We are now in the market for another car and I will not even consider Matt Burne Honda.

My wife just traded in her 2015 Rav 4 XLE for a 2016 CRV- EX. We did all the research we could to make sure we knew what we wanted. We narrowed down the Suvs we wanted to 3 major brands. David Walsh at Matt Burne Honda was a key deciding factor for us picking the CRV! He was very patient with us, and was very open and honest with every question we had. He was not pushy at all and heard all of our questions and concerns over making such an important purchase!
