Sears Automotive Department!!! There is absolute no nice way of saying this but all Sear’s Automotive are horrible. So I wasn’t expecting much from the sears in the middle of nowhere. I have bought 4 new tires after wasting time and money to take the car back to sear’s 3x and 2x Jack and Williams Sear’s point keeping saying it something else while a tire shop says it’s the tire. Why buy warranty if it such hassles to replace bad tires oh wait they still haven’t replace my bad tires that I bought from them. I would recommend taking your car to Jack & Williams, Midas, Ammco, and anybody else but Sear’s maybe there some sear’s out west that might be better but after dealing with the one in NYC, Certain parts of NJ, and now Stroudsburg they all seem to be the same give you any BS excuse or pass the buck to someone else for something that either their own fault or something on warranty that could be easily replace.

I only give it one star because zero is not an option. Been going to this Sears for 12 years and it is slowly getting worse. The workers have an attitude and it feels like most of them dont want to work.
