Literally I ordered glasses 4 weeks ago and they still havent arrived. I went in at the beginning of week 3 and they told me they were being shipped as we spoke, then yesterday I called and they said " youre frames are on back order, so come in and pick something else out". Now how could they of shipped my glasses if my frames were on back order? Makes no sense. I honestly feel that they completely forget to order my glasses the day I picked them out and just kept telling me lies instead of the truth. 7-10 days my ass, try 4 weeks and a bunch of morons telling lies. Worst service ever. Will never go back again after this.

My husband went to Eyeland to get progressive lenses. When he picked up the glasses, they didnt work. He couldnt see either near nor far. They refused to correct them, insisting that the prescription was right. He went to his previous eye doctor and got a copy of his prescription from 2 years ago, and the old prescription was much stronger than the new. How could it be possible that his eyes have gotten so much better. The prescription from Eyeland is wrong and they refuse to admit it and make it right. DONT BUY GLASSES FROM THEM.

Aw, they rescue pets, thats great. Really needed to get my prescription changed, was having trouble seeing at night. The exam was good, changed my script and I got anti-glare lens. I wanted the big black nerdy frames and they had them here, nice selection. I got two pairs, dark blue ones too. Nice experience, friendly people, big new store. The prices are good and they dont pressure you to add on extras.

Dont even try them, I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses. after 18 days they came in looking like they used a hacksaw to cut them , they forgot to add the transition and in the middle of talking to the manager about it he walks away and start help a new person. I had to ask him not to leave in the middle of our conversation. We reordered them and now one pair is scratched. They have lost a client for life now.

Saw a coupon on their website for fifty bucks off glasses. Yeah right. Was true though. Got two pairs. Not the designer ones, it was good on cheaper pairs. Nice lady at the desk.
