Ive been a customer for years and have never been dissatisfied. In fact, the care, the attention and the consistently high level of service merits commendation, and, for sure, patronage.

Their service is excellent, always someone to help with choosing glasses, from an enormous selection, and their eye doctor, Dr. Smithgall-Brown explained each test and made me feel very comfortable.

My Mom has been taking us to Reiss for glasses ever since we were kids. Over the last twenty years everytime I visited my mom seems Id always break my glasses. JC always fixed my glasses with a smile and always says your all set ............never a charge, always a smile...GREAT PLACE !! Thanks :)

Very helpful staff. I like to look at a lot of frames and the staff was very helpful and never gave me the sense that I was taking up too much of their time. They had a good selection of frames. They arent cheap, but I have not visited an optician who is.

Sales staff has attitude, they dont take insurance and the inventory is quite limited. Dont waste your time.
