I walked in after getting an exam at Pearle vision and i did not find glasses that I liked there. I just wanted to look and frames and was not planning on purchasing right away. When I walked in Raun welcomed me and asked what he could help with, I explained I was just looking at frames as I just had an eye exam at pearle. He took his time and helped me pick out frames that looked good on my face with my color and shape of face. I have never been to an eye doctors that actually helped you pick our frames and gave their honest opinion. Because of all his help I decided to order glasses yesterday and I cannot wait until they come in. Raun thank you so much for all your help!

Everyone but the front desk were wonderful. I paid for contacts well over a month ago after my exam, and so I called in to see where they were. Apparently the money I gave them "disappeared" and that there wasnt any order of contacts in the system for me. I had already paid for the co-pay up front, and that was in the system but somehow the money for my contacts went towards some other cost I never had to pay before there (I have been going here for almost five years). I am highly disappointed and angry. I would not recommend going here unless you keep all your receipts. Like I said, the opticians and everyone are wonderful. However the front desk people dont care one bit.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I got there a little earlier than anticipated, they had coffee and showed me around the glasses selection, got me into a room and prepped me early. The doctor was extremely nice, she asked questions and offered explanations. The overall experience really left me feeling like they really cared, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The front desk is cool and helpful deserves a 4 Star.. The experience with the "Dr" was awful.. she spent 90% of her time trying to sell me frames and convincing me to buy from there rather than answering my questions and concerns.. Not professional at all.. I wasnt shopping.. I was visiting for a health related issue... If I am going there next time, I will make sure I am not seeing her.

This is my first time in Lafayette and front desk was very helpful and polite in explaining the process . Wait time was normal like 10 mins, which was OK as they have this old retro pac-man machine in lobby (pure nostalgia). Nurse, Doctor and staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Store has decent collection of frames when compared to other store i visited for my spouse.

Just had an amazing experience at Lafayette Eye Associates. The entire staff, from the receptionist, to the doctor, to the woman that helped fit me for glasses were all extremely friendly, thorough, patient, and attentive. I couldnt have imagined a better experience. The selection of eye glasses was extensive as well. Awesome experience across the board.

Docotors are wonderful here and loved the people who helped me pick out my frames, but whoever is the incredibly rude one answering the phone with the snotty attitude needs to learn better communication skills.
