Very bad experience bought a 100 dollar vape and it leaked everywhere in a hour and had them put it together for me so I didnt do anything to It there selling outdated vapes and there juice is junk they dont have right coils in stock and top it off I took the vape back to have It made right or fixed and they argue owner is a jerk and dont care about customer satisfaction no one buy from there all the tobacco I bought is always stail and had moldy bag I take it back wont even give me no bag biggest rip off place ever everyone help shut them down cant make nothing right when I spend hundreds of dollars there smokes at Berkshire mall has best selection and will make things right when have problem there actually honest compared to this jerk

Absolutely terrible!!!!! I bought a vaper kit here and it stopped working in 2 hours!!!! I brought it back for either a replacement or repair and the owner told me "no returns or replacement". WTF????!!! I paid over $80 for the kit and it lasted less than 2 hours!!! I told him that it needs to be replaced and he refused. I want everyone to know that this owner is a jerk and DO NOT patronize this owner or his business. FU - to the owner - you are only as good as you treat your customers...you will be out of business soon.

I would highly NOT recommend buying anything from here, specially vapor. All the vapors they have is over priced and if it stops working in 2 hours after you buy it they wont take it back. Even $200 vapor comes without warranty or guarantee. They also dont have an air conditioner so it is always like 100 F in there. Definitely go to other smoke shop.
