This review is for the vaping part of the shop. The head shop part has decent glass in there. But my god, the vaping part? So so sad. Their e juice selection maybe includes 20 flavors or so, and only half of that is the decent quality kind. Even that was lookin pretty sparse last time I was there. I spent around $400 total at this shop on vaping equipment. When I originally went in I knew nothing about vaping and thought I could ask the salespeople and learn enough that way. Dont make this mistake!!! These salespeople will tell you anything with a great big smile on their face the entire time, just so youll buy the item. They told me on several different occasions that this tank would work with this pen..or that battery was fine with this mod, but apparently they were making these answers up because once I got home, a lot of my stuff didnt work together, and was never meant to. I found a real vape shop just as close in Peoples Plaza called Delaware Vapor. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable about vaping and e juice, and they have a REAL e juice bar with menus and 150+ flavors..some of them aged in oak barrels. They will sit you down with your purchases and set everything up for you and explain all of it if you take them up on it.They have a 30 day warranty, unlike Headquarters which doesnt take returns. And if you want to learn how to rebuild your own coils, they offer a class on Wednesday nights at 7. I have no reason to go anywhere else ever again. The stuff I got there was like the difference between driving a beater and a beamer.

Dont expect more than what it is, but that isnt a bad thing. Lets face it, they carry mostly cheap Chinese glass with a small selection of vaporizers/juice and a bunch of party items. Its just that type of store. It is however very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the prices are great. You cant really ask for more in this type of business. They keep the storefront spotless on every occasion Ive been in there, they are very friendly and talkative, and the staff is knowledgeable enough. If youre looking for top shelf quality products, maybe check out Frolic. But this is a great store! People who come here for glass just want the best price, and thats what they offer. They dont carry the best of the best in anything, but again; thats not why people shop here. I know it seems like this review is strange but I really do think this is a great shop. TL;DR: Great selection of competitively priced products with a clean storefront. If youre looking for top shelf products, this may not be the spot.

one of the lady in the shop doest know how to speak to a customer and she really doesnt know anything about vaping products and i bought joyetech vaporizer for 90$ but there was a problem and i asked them about that before day they said that they will rectify the problem or they will give a store credit buy replacing with other one but today the lady whom i spoke was rude and doest even care about customer presence and i just asked about the solution it doest matter about the money but there should be a reason for the product problem............i really hate to walk-in there again and talk with mannerless people who doesnt even know a bit about vaping products .................!

Purchased a Chinese made vapor that wouldnt charge for me. I brought it back to the shop and they done a quick fix. They told me they wouldnt exchange for a better one but I couldnt buy a new one and get a discount. I explained that thats them just trying to extort more money out of me I then asked them if theyd guarantee the service they conducted on my vapor and I was told we dont even sell those anymore. I just got it a few weeks ago. The experience was horrible and so much for the satisfaction of the customer when your out to just make a buck.

Used to stop here just about every week, buy a battery for $15 that is rated at 2200 mah but wont hold a charge as long as my year old 2000 mah. Wont return the defective or cheap product. Offer store credit when the clerk knows I just bought what I needed the day before then starts speaking down to you like yours handicapped. I lost my cool because of her attitude but they lost a regular customer over $15. PS: to the owner if you read your reviews, my camera was still running so I have this whole encounter on video if youre interested.

The first time I went there, I had a wonderful experience with a coworker who knew what she was talking about. This lady I went to still was nice, she just didnt know much about vaping. But, I made a slight comment on a good ejuice they had, after trying it, to someone asking the manager about popular flavors. She was really disrespectful to me, and now I never want to go there again. I dont tolerate that blatant disrespect. Will order keystone vapor juice online now.

I love frequenting this shop. The people there are SUPER helpful and friendly, Ive never come out of there dissatisfied. Theyre also pretty honest about all the stuff and most of them know A LOT about what theyre talking about. The merchandise is pretty good for the most part, theres the occasional bad piece laying around but everything Ive bought from HQ is pretty great stuff. Pretty affordable too. Hands down the BEST smoke shop around.

i bought a g pen there for 60 dollars, open it up and had to bust open the plastic just to get the charger to actually work. Ends up breaking not even a week later. Didnt even work as well as they said it did. They just buy shitty 10 dollar equipment and mark it up a bunch and then say no refunds or exchanges. I wouldnt be complaining if i could refund it but of course not. Nothing more than smart con men work here

Purchased a $30 vape for cartridges. Vape does not charge or work out of the box. Store offers zero refunds and Im basically out $30 for a product that has never worked. The store employee was helpful, and I used to love this store. Guess Ill just buy anything that isnt papers or wraps from the store across the street.

The staff there are absolutely fantastic! Incredibly helpful, took the time to explain my first hookah to me, and great selection of shisha. Their prices are pretty fantastic as well. I definitely recommend them.
