Always just a bunch of teenagers hanging in there and vaping. The customer service is pretty weak when it comes to other shops in the area and Id much rather drive 15mins towards Exton than the 5mins to this place. Hell, the workers have their friends hanging behind the counter vaping and using liquid, and if a customer has a question or wants to look at product better wait your turn because hes gotta chat it up with his bro. The service used to be solid, I dont know what happened. Ive met the owner and he seems like a legit business man but he should think about tightening up that ship.

Novices! Newbies! First-timers!...as well as Seasoned Vapers. Rollies Tobacco is the place to go if you want to get into vaping, but dont know where to start. Knowledgeable, Friendly staff. Hands-on help w/ problems you may have w/ your equipment On several occasions, theyve removed/replaced filters, wicks, etc on the spot, no charge. Very willing to educate, answers questions.

They have everything from vape products to glass wear. The only problems i have is they are not always open when they say they are. Also i feel as though they are under staffed. I usually have to wait several mins before I get help from someone because lines are long and theres usually only one person working

I went primarily for cigars. They have roughly 6-7 kinds (punch and acids), and cheap cigars ($1) typically used in the creation of blunts. Definitely a head shop that sells glass pipes, wicks, etc. The store person appeared helpful and friendly.

Its a great place to buy tobacco products, but theyre never open. I made special trip at noon today and they were closed.
