Customer service is terrible! December 2013 we purchased a dining room table and the platinum protection plan. Within 5 months of purchase we needed to have Raymour and Flannigan come repair the table because the edge separated from the table. January 9, 2015 we called again for the same problem and that all of the screws were falling off of the bottom of the counter height stools. Raymour and Flannigan informed us that they would be unable to service the table until February 21, 2015 unless we wanted to take a day off of work for them to come to the house. They also informed us that the manufacturer warranty expired 12/31/14 and they would need to see if the repairs were covered by the platinum protection plan. We scheduled for 2/21/15. Shortly after the phone call my 7 year old son was sitting in a chair and it literally fell apart. Next I found a large bolt, nut and 2 washers on the floor under my table. I called Raymour and Flannigan again and expressed concern over the safety of this table in my house with my 2 children under the age of 10 (this is our main table). Raymour and Flannigan stated that they could schedule me during the week but that I would need to be there. I agreed and asked that I be the first or last stop of the day because I felt it was poor customer service that I be punished and have to take a day off of work without pay because a table I purchased through them was falling apart within one year and 1 month of me owning it. They stated that they would document my request. Next I receive a phone call from Raymour and Flannigan stating that the repair man would be at my house between 10 PM and 1 PM. With this being right in the middle of my work day I called and asked if they would be able to change this time frame. They told me no. I took the time from work and was present for the repair man. L shaped brackets had to be drilled onto the bottom of all of my counter height chairs to secure the seats to the base because the screws were not securely holding them. The bolt that fell onto my kitchen floor was a center support beam bolt for the table. This table could have fallen on one of my children and injured them! I will not purchase furniture Raymour and Flannigan again

We purchased a $3,500 bedroom suite in February, within a week my wife started breaking out in hive, went to the Dr. several times, was put on medication but the hives would return. Finally two nights ago after staying up late reading in bed she found a bug crawling on the bed. We torn the entire bed apart and found bed bugs coming out of the mattress!!!! Contacted Raymour & Flanigan their response was not their responsibility since they never had this issue before. Their customer service was horrible and arrogant! Well just 5 minutes of research online has lead me to the fact that yes many other have had the same issue with mattresses and other pieces of furniture. Now it is going to cost us approximately $2,000 to get our house cleaned up and we have a mattress that is in horrible condition. Do NOT Purchase anything from these people!!!

Stay away from the furniture at Raymour and Flanigan. We are retired and do not have a lot of money- we thought they were a good store to buy from. The first couch we bought we had to return for inferior fabric that pilled after 5 months. The second couch, which is 2 years old and out of warranty, is falling apart. The frame underneath is broken in half and whatever the stuffing is in the cushions does not return to the original shape. They are crushed. Let me add, that it is just two old people that use this furniture-- no animals or kids! I am so disappointed and upset- I really feel cheated. Please do not buy this furniture.

They do have nice inventory but I didnt find anything particularly appealing - I prefer a more industrial / minimalist aesthetic and most of what they had on display felt too classical for me. The sales associates were super polite and helpful but not overbearing like they can be at other stores. They were happy to let me and my boyfriend wander around aimlessly yet were available to answer any questions we had. I will probably be stopping by again to see if anything catches my eye.

Bought a chair. Was easy. Loaded it the back of my truck after they wrapped it up with a cover and everything to keep it safe. Not as much pressure from sales person as I was expecting. Now basically the dog sleeps in the chair all day, sheesh what a life puppy!
