Not happy with the furniture. I purchased a sofa 1 1/2 years ago. It is hardly used. I am the only household member that is in the house and the couch is sinking and the backing is not as crisp as it was when I first purchased it. The sofa looks like it it 5 years old when it it only 1.5 years ago. When you sit on the sofa you sink and the you end up with lower back pains. I did purchase the extended warranty and all I get is the run around. I was given several different numbers to contact and all I get is no where fast. A lady by the name of Lisa, which she stated she was a customer service manager called me back and stated she will send me new couches along with some backing. Once these items are delivered I should call her so she can contact the manufacture so they can come out and refill the back couches. Well it been a month and still nothing. I am at a loss...........and very disappointed.......I will never purchase any thing from them again. Plus I canceled the dining room set I had on layaway and it did not faze them at all. Not good customer service at all, this store does not care about there customers....Dont they know word of mouth can harm a business............. Once writing this review you have to give the store a star so in order to move forward I had to give 1..... I did purchase this sofa in the Pburg store...nice people but I guess anything to make a sale....///rfe

Went shopping for a twin bed for a child. Immediately greeted by staff. We had a young saleman who was a tad overwhelming but not in your face like some salespeople in various places. Our delivery came on the day we wanted, right on time in the first 10 mins of our 2 hour time frame. Was always kept informed about delivery date and arrival time. Only one snafu during delivery. The hardware wasnt sent along. The one deliveryman immediately started bad mouthing the staff at the warehouse. All the other employees of Ashley were helpful and nice. Problem was fixed by having another team come with the hardware and finish the assembly portion of our delivery. Furniture looks great and no issues with dings or broken pieces. I would consider buying there again.

Scam Alert! We bought our sectional sofa 2 years ago and it already looks like its at least 5 years old. Our biggest complaint is that two parts of the sofa have already sunken in. The warranty is a complete joke, save your money on buying that they dont cover much of anything. We spent $1,600 on this sectional and are completely disappointed with Ashley furniture and the customer service. It seems they not only sell bad furniture but fake warranties as well..save yourself the irritation and headache and take your business elsewhere!

My family and I went their to possibly buy a sofa and recliner, but when we had questions about the furniture the woman their was extremely rude. I also saw her roll her eyes at my elderly father when he turned his back and thats when I knew we had to get out of their. From their we went to another furniture store where we spent over $2000 so thats your loss for having impolite sales people. This happened at the Country Junction - Ashley furniture store right next to the Ashley store in Whitehall.

My husband and I purchased our living room set (sofa, arm chair, coffee table and TV stand) at Ashley Furntiure and couldnt be happier! The quality of all pieces is amazing and have held up over the years. From the moment we walked in the store we were helped by one person and didnt feel pressured to leave that day with a piece of furniture. I recommend Ashley Furniture to everyone looking for new items for their home as the products and services are great without breaking your checking account.

Horrible customer service! All of our furniture that we had purchased was either damaged or not working properly. The trucks strap broke on the way over leaving our entertainment center damaged! The manager zayne is extremely rude and unprofessional! They rather me return over two thousand dollars in furniture rather than fix or replace what is damaged! Do not waste your time here, spend a little more for better customer service and better furniture and just go to raymour!

Majoni of all the workers are very rude they talk too much the worker that was helping my wife at the time after giving him money he walked out the store and left for the day and someone else okay her and now no one knows of her money this is a very shady store manager Ray is very disrespectful and Marcus was the one who took care of my wife who apparently did not do a great job as a Salesman would never recommend this door to anyone

We were Looking to buy the furniture for our living room, walked in and no one said hello or how can we help you, 20 min and no one came to help or asked if we need any help. We walked out and went to Raymore and Flanagan and bought furniture from there for $3000. Dont recommend this place. Bad customer service

I WENT IN TO THE WHITEHALL STORE TODAY WALKED AROUND THE WHOLE STORE NO ONE NEVER ASK CAN I HELP YOU. I EVENWATCHING ONE ON THE SALEMAN HE NEVER ASK, GUESS THEY LOST A SALE IM LOOKING FOR A CHAIR, AND COFFEE TABLE I ALWAYS SHOP AT RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN I JUST STOP IN AT ASHLEYS.
