My husband and I bought two lazyboy reclining sofas made with their renew leather and lazyboy does not stand behind it. They are falling apart after 4 and 5 years. After the first one fell apart I contacted customer care and they gave me $550 to spend in the store. My sofa was $1500. A few months later when the second one did the same thing, I again contacted them, and they said the $550 was for both the sofas and there was nothing else they could do for me. Believe me, had I known they wanted to give me just $275 per sofa, I would never had accepted it!! The woman I spoke with told me its a known problem with the material. But in the store theyll tell you how great it is and how they stand behind their quality products. Also, the reclining mechanism broke shortly after we bought it and the labor is not covered - surprise! its $109/hr. However, they did mail me the piece free of charge to fix myself. Anyway, after we spent $3000.00 on what we thought was the best in quality furniture, all we get after just 5 years and the couches are falling apart is $550. You will get more for your money at your local discount furniture store.

I felt overwhelmed. I had a budget and the sales rep was consistently 1000 and over what I wanted to spend for a couch and recliner. I ended up buying at boscovs. I stayed within my budget. I wanted a specific couch and was told they didnt make a couch with a reclining center. I found a leather one at boscovs that reclined in the center. I also bought a lazyboy recliner while I was there.

The salesperson was very helpful. We needed a rocker or glider for our nursery. We ended up getting a rocker because the gliders were either 300 more or cost that to convert your rocker to a glider.
