I purchased a sectional sofa with four reclining pieces . On the first day one of the electric recliners stopped working. Did I mention that they forgot to give me the electric connections and I had to go hv get them. When delivering they ripped the back of one piece. When I mentioned to the receptionist I was told they could do nothing since it was on sale. Fast forward I am down another recliner. I called and they sent me up the ladder. Again nothing they could do. I questioned who does there repairs so I could get them fixed. I was informed you would contact me within 48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks. So much for costumer service. Why would I ever recommend your store?

Furniture is not made to last. Bought a "bonded leather" couch here which lasted 2.5 years before it disintegrated with pieces coming off on a daily basis now. Spoke to manager who said nothing he could do - he has only seen that happen 4 or 5 times before but without the purchase of the insurance we are out of luck. So if you want a piece of furniture for less then 2 years go ahead and come here. Just dont buy "bonded leather" without insurance, then factor that price in and look at quality furniture stores. Suggest someplace like La-Z-Boy where we still have our leather couch after 20 years.
