Had a 1500.00 purchase on layaway I went and paid $1,000 the final balance with the U Haul truck only to be told half my items were in another store at the warehouse I said thats fine I was not made aware of that I will go to the warehouse and get the rest of my items only to be told that the warehouse close 5 minutes ago spoke to manager to please see if they would wait at warehouse which is around the corner approximately 2 miles so I can retrieve items and he just looked at me and said no theyre gone already he did not call he did not attempt to call I was so frustrated by his disposition and attitude and non caring way I said I wanted my money back and mr Dwayne said ok signed the receipt for me to get my money back did not even pretend to have customer service skills or appease me to attempt to get me to find another item to purchase at the store so it would not lose $1,500 he just very nicely signed the receipt and told me to proceed to the cashier to get the money refunded back on my debit card I did not like his disposition or attitude at all and I did not like the fact that the lady who took my order did not let us know that half of the items would be at the store and the other half would be at the warehouse only extra information she gave me was the delivery fees otherwise I would have planned accordingly and my items were only on layaway for 2 weeks which she knew that it would only be only for two weeks because when I put it on layaway I was told a futon was not available and will be ready when I came to pick it up never were the words two stores from her mouth and disappointment with unclaimed freight and I am still awaiting a supervisor higher than mr dwanye to call me so I can voice my complaint verbally over the phone

This place gets a bad rap, but if you act polite and respectful, you are treated the same way. I ordered an 8-piece living room set, a TV stand, and dining room table with 6 chairs all for about $1000 (GREAT deal). I took the dining room table home and assembled everything in about 2 hours with no issues. Everything else was delivered on time and the delivery guys were in and out within 20 minutes. Ive seen some people complain that they dont assemble the furniture, but you cant expect them to do that for you since assembly can take HOURS. The delivery fee of $85 saved a lot of trouble and headache and was definitely worth it (extra $25 for anything above the second floor). I noticed the next day that the loveseat was damaged, so I called and was immediately offered a free replacement which would be delivered 2 days later (theres 48-hour repair/replace policy for any items that are damaged when delivered). Ill admit the customer service has room for improvement, but the manager is very professional. Honestly, you cant beat the prices (which to me, is most important) so Id definitely recommend going here and Im sure Ill buy more furniture from Unclaimed Freight in the future.

I purchased a few items and one of them was a floor model. The remainder of my purchase needed to be ordered in so I said Id pick everything up at once. The sales lady said she would take my floor model coffee table and put it in the back for when we pick the rest of the furniture up. We got a call that the furniture came in but the coffee table wasnt available. Basically she forgot to take it in the back and somebody else sold it. When we went in, I explained the situation to one of the associates and he spoke to the manager. Long story short, they went above and beyond to compensate us for the negligence of another employee. We walked away satisfied.

My roommates and I were looking for funitire for our new apartment. Yes, we are in college so we are all in our twenties. We were there for a half hour looking at two different couches. No one approached us when we went up to the front to ask for help the cashier was rude. The saleswoman that finally came over after five minutes after we asked for help was rude as well giving us dirty looks and was not helpful at all. I will not be returning if I could give them a lower rating I would. My time there was a waste I am highly disappointed.

Friendly, fast, efficient service. Got in, got what we needed (a few lamps and a throw rug) at a great price, and got out quickly. The salesperson, Gregory, who assisted us was the best. Clearly a professional. I cant stand high pressure salespeople, but I did need help. Gregory was the man. Exactly what I needed, friendly, and nothing more. Promote that guy.

Sales people will lie to you to make a sale!!! Sales women told me I can make a time for delivery an will be set up!!!! Well thats a lie I missed work cause delivery comes when they want an they just bring it up an leave it anywhere!!!!! These people only want your money an will lie to get it!!! I will never do business nor will I ever recommend!
