I have been looking for a Woodstock Wind Chime for a Christmas present. I called and spoke to Sandy who was extremely helpful. Sandy not only walked around the store to find it, but even price matched the one I found online (that wouldnt have made it for Christmas). Sandy went above and beyond, and allowed me to make the payment over the phone. I am so happy that there is still great customer service out there, thank you to the staff of Plow and Hearth VB!
