After months of tossing and turning on my old beat mattress I realized it had been 12 years since I got a new mattress! It was about time, so to Sleepys I went. They had such a great selection. I was able to lay down and get a feel for each one. They even had a machine that gauged my pressure points. They have everything from firm to soft and even memory foam. I was going to do the memory foam, but sometimes i like to sleep on my side and it felt weird to do that on that material. I did actually like the the semi firm mattresses, so I went with that. I wasnt pressured to buy and the clerk knew his stuff and was a huge help. I even got a wet guard as I occasionally have a problem with that. That makes clean up super easy, and nothing can seep into the actual mattress or harbor bacteria. Even though I might have a mishap once a year, its a real pain when it happens, and when you do there really is no way to truly clean it. Its a great investment. Its also hypoallergenic which is good for me because I tend to be allergic to things. So now i should be set for years to come! The last few days I slept like a baby. I probably wont wait 12 years to get another new mattress though. What a difference!
