I purchased a mattress that was nice, but after sleeping in it for 2 weeks it was just not comfortable enough. I went back to the store and made an easy exchange for a different bed that I love. They made the transaction very easy. I also have to say that the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Morgantown, PA and recommend the salesperson Marc.

I went here for my first mattress purchase and I sincerely regret choosing this location. The bed is great which means that the company at least provides quality merchandise. However this particular location has a lot of customer service improvements they could make.
