Too bad I couldnt give them zero stars. I was looking for a gown for my sons wedding. They ordered a gown for me 2 sizes too big, which they said they did with all gowns. I was afraid that the gown wouldnt fit, but they told me not to worry, the seamstress would fix it and it would be fine. Well, the seamstress didnt fix it to a point that the top fit. It looked too big and basically said they did the best they could. The seamstress couldnt take it in anymore. When the gown first arrived, I wanted to try it on with the seamstress present, but they said that I couldnt return it unless it was damaged. The upper part of the dress was huge on me and they REFUSED to give me my money back. They didnt have the size in the store that I supposedly needed, but assured me they could fix it. It looked so ridiculous, that I ended up having to buy another gown. They made the whole experience for me miserable!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Wow is all I can say. What an awesome experience. My daughter got her senior prom there 6 years ago. We decided to go back there and look at purchasing her wedding dress. Carina and Jenna were amazing. They listened to my daughter in what she was looking for. We went to other Lehigh Valley shops and were highly disappointed. Yesterday we went there Carina had a new dress for her to try on. She said that when it came it she thought of Tara. Although that dress was beautiful it was not the dress. She went back the one she like the best from before and when she walked out we were all blown away. The ladies in the shop cried right along with the rest of our bridal party. She said yes to the dress! Thank you everyone for making this most important purchase a wonderful experience. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a wedding or other special dresses.

I got the most beautiful dress at All Things Bridal & Prom in Quakertown! Thanks so much to the girls who helped me try on dresses, and the alterations woman! A bonus to the great customer service was that I got a free hem because I purchased on my first visit! All of the dresses I tried on were so beautiful and were very well kept in their store, where as compared to other stores i looked for prom dresses at, the beading was completely falling apart, clamps broken, rips/pulls and the dresses were duplicated. My dress is one of a kind, which I thought was awesome! ... Very pleased with this stores service today! Thanks again. (:

I purchased a bridal gown for my daughter here. The dress was beautiful, but the experience was horrible. The dress came in extremely small not once but twice. There is no seamstress on site to offer solutions. Owner does not make herself available to assist and was rude on the phone when we called to check on the dresses progress. We had a dress that did not fit 2 weeks prior to the wedding and no solutions were offered. Suggested we get a refund and buy our dress elsewhere with 2 weeks until the wedding. Extremely poor customer service! Would not recommend this store to any prospective bride.

I paid 400$ for my daughters prom dress and it was not worth what I paid. The fabric was cheap , it ripped when we zipped it . the zipper broke . there was so many issues with the dress and it was a rip off . they did not even fix the dress and my daughter ended up not going to prom because she felt embarrassed to wear the dress the way it look after we had bought it . I do not recommend all things bridal at all . terrible customer service

The Owner and Staff helped my Family out of a "poor decision" on our part. They were gracious and very understanding. It is refreshing to see a business step up and help out a Customer. Traveled 45 minutes because they have the best prom dress selection. They stock One of a kind dresses. Staff friendly, helpful, and organized. Their seamstress can work miracles. We have recommend them to our friends. I have a wedding coming up and I will be back for Bridal and Mother of the Bride Dress. Best Selection. .

I went there today to get a mother of the bride dress, it was a great experience. I am a flannel pants t-shirt type person and Anna and Cindy made it very comfortable and calm event for me, I picked a dress out if 6 we tried!
