I want to thank the folks at the Alfred Angelo in Allentown for a wonderful experience. We came to Allentown after a disappointing experience at the Cherry Hill, NJ store but I had my heart set on an Alfred Angelo dress. I ended coming two hours late to my appointment due to a misunderstanding on my part, but Erin still spent over two hours with me trying on dozens of dresses. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive, and helped guide me from the style I thought I wanted into the style I ended up with. On subsequent trips with my mom and bridesmaids, the staff continued to be friendly and extremely helpful. I also ended up getting alterations from their seamstress, Margie, and her work was excellent on a complicated dress. Chris in particular was also very helpful in getting some headpieces that I had ordered shipped to me after they took a long time to arrive at the store. I highly recommend this store over the Cherry Hill one and am so grateful for their help as I dressed myself and my girls for my wedding!

Alfred Angelo was my second stop while looking for my wedding dress. I went to Davids first, but the was a mistake and HUGE waste of time. When I walked into Alfred Angelo, it was a whole different experience from Davids. I felt welcome and not just a dollar sign. I had one on one attention from one of the managers, Chris. He listened to what I was looking for and within minutes I had my dream dress on!! I was concerned with cost, but Chris offered a payment plan option to me! As I was trying to figure out the funds before my next appointment, Chris called me b/c the exact dress I tried on went on sample sale at 50%. He immediately remembered my situation and helped put me in my dream dress!! A few days later I walked out of the store with my dress and a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much, Chris, for your attention to detail, attentiveness, and fabulous memory!!! You are amazing!!!

The pros about this place: the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. With that aside, I ordered a bridemaids dress in ivory for a casual wedding. I tried on the floor model in black, in my appropriate size, and it fit well and looked well. Fast forward to when I receive the same dress in ivory after having been "measured" by the staff for fitting. The dress was ill-fitting (i.e. two sizes too big and my chest was literally hanging out for all to see), see-through, rumpled, and made of poor quality material. I cant decide if the whole thing is simply a quality issue from Alfred Angelos manufacture of their dresses or that I was fitted poorly only to take advantage of my wallet to go back for alterations. No thank you, AA, Id rather throw this dress into the trash than pay you an additional cent to alter it.

I dont even know where to begin in saying how wonderful my experience has been with Alfred Angelo Whitehall PA! I went in for my appointment, my very first appointment for trying on bridal gowns, & Chris K. set the bar seriously high for any other bridal shop!!! He was so kind, and really listened to what I was looking for in a gown. He had some GREAT advice, and really knew the dresses he was selling. He has been an absolute dream to work with, especially for this out of state bride, 2,000+ miles away! The store itself is beautiful; very open with a great selection of dresses for all budgets. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my entire experience with Alfred Angelo Whitehall PA. I highly recommend their store for any bride, & I am so grateful for all Chriss help!

I have had nothing but the best experiences at Alfred Angelo in Whitehall. It was the first store I went to and I was so anxious to go, but when I got paired up with Michelle everything was so easy and fun! Michelle had me try on all different styles of dresses so I wouldnt miss out on anything. I left that day with the most perfect dress for me! We just recently went back to do bridesmaids dresses and a mother of the bride dress and again Michelle was the epitome of what amazing customer service should look like! Everyone left happy and with the perfect dress. I would definitely recommend Alfred Angelo to anyone shopping for their wedding; great customer service from everyone we interacted with and great prices too! Cant wait to see everything come together this September!!

Please everyone thinking about stopping by Do! The shop is amazing! My mom went in after stoping at some other well known bridal shops and was beaten by the dress shopping experience. When she went into Alfred Angelo they treated her fantastically, she was by herself bc Im across the country. Clary was her stylist and helped her find multiple dresses she liked and even with picking out the final dresses and colors... all ladies know if your having a bad day dress shopping isnt great but these ladies had my mom leaving feeling great about her choices and with so much less stress off her shoulders. All these others stores need to learn from them! Great service changes an experience and beautiful dresses dont hurt either! Thank you Erin and Clary, from a greatful daughter!

I absolutely LOVED my experience with this Alfred Angelo. Clary was my consultant and she was unbelievably patient with my large crowd that I brought with me and my lack of decision making skills. I didnt feel rushed whatsoever and she let me try on and re-try on as many dresses as I wanted. Once my dress was ordered I made a few additional trips to pick my dress up, get it altered, and try it on again after alterations. I worked with several other consultants on these trips, all of which were great. I was so excited when I picked up my dress after my final fitting but it was bittersweet. I was honestly sad that I wasnt going to go back anymore because I would no longer be working with these wonderful people. I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop.

Ordered an veil in November. Its now April and its still not in. They said that it JUST shipped, but they out have a tracking number. Now my fiancée has to do her dress fitting without a veil. Most unprofessional wedding shop ever. This place is a joke EDIT: originally 1 star. After seeing this review, the manager emailed me asking for a call back. Gave her a call and they personally delivered a sample veil to the dress fitting for that she could properly do the fitting. For the effort Ill up the rating to 3 stars. Fact of the matter still stand that it was order months ago, and they still have no idea when itll be here. Similar situation when she ordered a personalized hanger. Months go by, and no one knows anything

I previously shopped elsewhere and wasnt satisfied with customer service or choices in styles. When I went to Alfed Angelo I felt more at ease and felt like I was getting the attention I needed. I purchased my wedding gown and am having my bridesmaids and maid of honor purchase their dresses from Alfred Angelo of Whitehall, PA. Clary was extremely helpful and insightful in helping me to decide on the PERFECT dress for me and in choosing dresses for my girls that will make everyone look stunning and fun! Clary helped to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I have enjoyed my experiences with Alfred Angelo and will absolutely be recommending them to future brides! HUGE THUMBS UP!
