Everyone at Agnes Edmunds Bridal is AMAZING! Joanne helped me pick out my gown, she knew exactly what to put me in and I found my gown after only trying on 4! She also helped me pick out my bridesmaids gowns and the colors. She was great at helping me decide on colors! During my fittings and to order my veil I worked with Bridgette and she was FABULOUS! She was always very encouraging and upbeat. Bridgette helped me pick out my veil that matched my gown perfectly. She also fielded all of my crazy phone calls and last minute requests! Bridgette never said NO, it was always we are going to try! And usually what I wanted, I got! Fern is probably the best seamstress in the world! She not only got my gown to fit like a glove after I lost an entire size, but also because I am curvy- its hard to get something to fit really well! Fern added straps and did multiple fittings to my bridesmaids gowns and also did whatever she had to, to ensure a good fit! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience in picking out my wedding attire! You made everything less stressful! I am pleased to have continued my familys tradition of getting our wedding attire here! If you get your gowns here you will not be disappointed!

Their motto is Our Service is Our Reputation, and after my experience there, they deserve a bad reputation. I walked in, just to browse wedding and bridesmaid dresses. I was greeted by a snobby employee who immediately said she couldnt help me, because she had something that absolutely had to get done (dress mannequins in the store window), rather than help her only customer in the store. She asked when my wedding day is and what my colors were. I told her and she acted as if she didnt believe me, told me the wedding dresses were kept in closets and that I should make an appointment. All the while, she worked on the mannequins. I understand if making an appointment is protocol, but she could have easily helped me, and without the condescending attitude. I will not be returning. Oh, and after I left, I went to the library, and had to pass the store about a half hour later. The store windows were completed, and that woman was glaring at me through them. Unbelievable.

My wife had originally bought her dress from David’s Bridal and she had full intentions to just buy another dress after David’s Bridal gave her a price for alterations (alterations costing more than the price of the dress). She then took her dress to Agnes Edmonds and they were able to alter her dress at a much more reasonable and affordable price. They were very welcoming when she brought her dress in and they made sure that it fit exactly as it was supposed to prior to the wedding. Bridget was extremely helpful and accommodating and Fern worked her magic when it came to the alterations. My wife wishes she would have shopped there from the start and she had already recommended them to others even before her dress was finished.

Had a great experience UNTIL I arrived to pick up my wedding gown. The dress was ordered much bigger than it should have been, and was unable to be tailored to fit me. Took two additional fittings and they never got it right. I am 55" tall and weigh 145 lbs. I am proportioned and shaped like a woman. This should have been an easy fit for a professional dress shop. I spent all night pulling each of the five layers down to avoid them bunching up. Gorgeous dress. Good service. One GIANT MISTAKE that ruined the whole experience and made me look 40 lbs heavier than I am in all of the wedding photos.

it is clear these ladies love what they do! i had an amazing experience where i received superior service and found "the dress" for less than the cost of gowns at davids bridal! joanne and fern are true experts and true professionals (i purchased the first gown joanne put me in!) and i left feeling so excited knowing i found the perfect dress. i plan to go back with my 5 bridesmaids for their dresses. skip davids bridal and bridal town. fern can work miracles when it comes to altering gowns to make them what you want them to be.

I was recommended this place by a co-worker. I walked in here after going to Davids Bridal. Brigette was so helpful and nice! She never once batted an eye when I jumped from dress to dress not able to make up my mind. She knew everything about all the dresses and what options the dresses could be ordered with. She was equally as helpful when I came to shop/order bridesmaids dresses. I HIGHLY recommend this place to any bride who is looking for a personal easy going dress shopping experience.

Everytime I met with them, they made me feel like I was the only bride in their sites. They were so flexible and accommodating, and Ferns alterations to my wedding dress were absolute perfection. Cant say enough good things about Agnes Edmunds. I went in with an idea of what style I wanted after having gone to a few other shops, and Bridget picked out my wedding dress on the first try. She and Fern also went above & beyond on my alterations to make sure I was completely satisfied with the dress. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Bridgette was the absolute best!!! Great customer service and she really takes her time to listen to what you like or desire. She gives great feedback and suggestions and the on staff seamstress is an added bonus as well!! Its a small boutique but you really get that one on one time!! I would recommend anyone to get their wedding dress from here!!
