My girlfriend asked me to take her dress to a consignment shop for her. When we unboxed it I was expecting it to be all sealed up. Not only was it not sealed but it was just shoved in the box and came out all wrinkled. I guess they figured by the time someone opened it it would be too late to complain. I could have put it in a U-Haul box with the same effect.

Ive had my wedding gown stored away after it was preserved by this company for 8 years. Well we decided to renew our vows so I opened the box and guess what??? Its NOT MY DRESS!!!! Yes and so far no answer on when or IF I might get my dress back. _ Marie (not Jeremy)
