If I could give zero stars I would. Possibly the worst experience I had for a first dress trying-on experience. They dont give you any information on their dresses until you buy, and wont let you take any pictures!!! This place had the SMALLEST selection of dresses to try on, the associates little to no help. When I did try on a few that I ended up liking, I couldnt make a decision on the spot and wanted to look at other places as well. In order to remember the dresses I tried on, I asked my mom to take a few pictures. The lady then informed us they do not allow pictures to be taken. When I asked for the names of the two dresses I liked, she told me they were by the same designer and called Della and Liesel. Fine, I thought Ill just look them up online so I can remember them and compare them to other dresses I would try on in the future. Unfortunately, when looking them up I had no luck. I called the store back asking to know the designers name of the dress, she then told me they make up their own names for the dresses. When I replied, I dont remember the details of the dresses so how am I supposed to know what they look like, she went on the explain how they looked.... um not helpful, lady. I said this was not helpful and for her to please give me the name of the dresses, and she rudely said "we dont give out that information until you say yes to the dress". Horrible customer service, and rude. I went to Jennifers bridal after who let me know designers names, style numbers, pricing, and let me take as many pictures as I wished. By the way, after looking at dress after dress online, I found out on my own the Della and the Liesel dress are by Allure bridals, style numbers 8958 and 8970. Thanks for nothing forever formals!

Terrible experience with my daughters prom dress. They took my daughters measurements, ordered a dress in the size they recommended. The dress arrived, it didnt fit (zip) when my daughter tried it on at home. I was out of town, sent my daughter over and they got it to zip, but said to be safe (and so she could breathe, eat and dance at Prom) recommended it be let out. Took her to tailor, realized that the entire under-slip is too small, needed to be let out, not enough material--I can understand paying $136 for alterations for a dress off the hanger--inexcusable and shame on them that I need to do so for a dress they measured for and ordered. And shame on them that when my daughter returned they didnt have the expertise and professionalism to reorder in the correct size. I will never go back and am furious that I am in my current predicament--unable to pick it up from tailor until night before Prom--not the situation I signed up for.

Forever Formals was so accommodating for me! I bought my wedding dress from them and were beyond wonderful to work with. I was a plus sized bride and was very worried about going to a small bridal salon and finding dresses to try on but Forever Formals made me feel BEAUTIFUL with several different dresses in my size! They were able to work with me on pricing to meet my budget as well. I thought my experience was over with them after purchasing my dress, however two weeks before my wedding I ended up with a ruptured appendix and spent 10 days in the hospital. After surgery and due to swelling my dress needed additional alterations (and my seamstress was overseas visiting her mother). In a panic, I called Forever Formals and their wonderful owner willingly had me come in for a few fittings and altered my dress for me beautifully! I cant say enough nice things about the owner and staff! I strongly recommend this shop!

This place is unreal. I called to get a bridesmaid style number for my matron of honor who is about to go into labor any day, and they refused to provide the style number. I had one bridesmaid order the dress, and they also refused to cancel that order since it had "already gone out", which would have gone out yesterday since we were just there on Sunday. As a bride, I wanted to be able to look up the style number online to share with family and friends. The lady was so rude and hung up on me twice. I will never deal with this people ever ever again!

Forever Formals was the first bridal shop I visited in my search for a wedding dress. The shop itself feels very much like a boutique. The lady who helped me was soooo nice and really took the time to show me all of the different dresses and make helpful suggestions. It was a really great experience for my mom, sisters and I. I would definitely recommend a visit to Forever Formals to any brides-to-be!

I wouldnt say they were rude but boarder line. Cold. Not cheerful wedding people. I was the last showing so maybe they were tired but still. Wouldnt disclose any info on dresses, who the designer was, only price. A little too stuffy of a place for my taste but very pretty dresses. Very quite place (no music) kind of awkward. Dresses were very heavy. I wouldnt reccomend.
