Currently this Mall is temporarily closed down for renovations. Supposedly these renovations will continue until the projected reopening in 2017. As for how the Mall was before this, it was not a bad Mall. It was not the cleanest nor friendliest Mall to go to however it was still a decent Mall with a few good stores. Plus it was close by the Reading Terminal which is always a delight! Hopefully the mall will reopen soon at either the supposed date or at an earlier date. I cannot wait to see how they will update it, hopefully they do not get rid of any of the stores I enjoyed from the old Mall!

The Gallery is mostly closed for renovations at the moment. When it was open, you could find stores like the Gap, Toys R Us, GameStop and Hallmark. The food court was pretty standard too. When it re-opens, it will mimic the King of Prussia mall with high-end stores, beautiful decor and architecture.

Decimated,the landmark is gone,but the work zone looks like a war zone,chaos and confusion unbefitting the once great landmark. A black eye and stain to tourism in tourist season,now if that was the objectives in planning this project then the objectives have been met.

Been there quite a few times shopping in the bottom 2nd floor is mostly restaurants and nightlife pretty high prices but good food and drinks anywhere from sushi to steakhouses name brand stores and a big candy store at the entrance not a bad place very nice

Extremely overcrowded with mostly young shoppers from all over the city. Bumping into people and dodging people wears you out and frustrates you. Also dangerous due to flash mobs, beatings, stabbings and robberies. Stay away if possible.

Main restrooms are not very clean even though they always seem to be closed for cleaning (and there arent even enough restrooms for a "mall" that size. Several of locks dont work and several stalls are practically useless.

Probably the most crime-infested mall in the area but safe if you stay out of secluded areas such as bathrooms and tunnels. The employees in the chain stores are a bit nasty. Otherwise, it is just a typical mall.
