Liberty Place as Philly Natives call it, is a Mid-Day (Lunch Time) Hang Out Place. Adults in the Professional White-Collared world come here around 11:30am-2pm (avoid Liberty during that time everything is completely over-crowded). Teens come right from school to here around 1:55-3pm. After 3pm Teens are not allowed without someone over 21 with them. I personally Hate this rule because I myself am a teen under 21 ( I look alot older), But I work in an office building Down the street and lunch for me does not start until after 4pm which would suck if i actually looked my age. I hate coming to Liberty Place due to the fact of The way i feel like Iam treated differently because of My Age, Race & Gender. Dont get me wrong there not Racist (I think?!) but they do look at me differently in the Food Court and near the Jewelry stores (They Obviously Dont Know i dont need anything they have). Anyway Liberty Place is a Cheezy Mall if you were looking to shop Here i wouldnt recommend this place Until They make some changes (Go down the street to walnut), But if you are in Center City and Hungry Come in they Have Au Bon Pain, Auntie Annies, Chick-Fila and A Chinese Take Out Place. This is why i give liberty place a 3 out of 5!

Because its my property that was built for me and 666 liberal mayor john street was fighting the hell out of me and tried to sell it to California. I like the way it is designed, I havent even been in none of apartments or in the business offices or all the way to the top, the only part I have been is the food court and some of the shops. World Cartel Kirk Corporations, Militaryfeds 83146AB6. KING JESUS CHRIST SAVES. The owner of liberty place. The embarrassing thing what made me very upset was they took down the America flag that was in the doom area where they produce to sell cars, where the piano is and people sit and eat. Thats not a communist building, thats my property and I need that America flag back where it belongs because this is United States of America and its good for business.

LOVE THIS MALL! The only reason its getting four stars from me instead of five is because its so small. About 97 percent of the staff here and in the stores are very friendly and polite with the patrons. Also, the food court on the upper floor is a nice place to dine at and is a relaxing place to just chill and relax. I love sitting by the window because the view of 17th Street below from that vantage point is so comforting, especially when its cloudy. Also its so quiet up there and its usually not a lot of people. Of all the times ive been there, theres only one time i came where it was completely crowded with almost nowhere to sit.

Food court is not bad, biggest complaint of food court is the cleaning staff - often in the way and too often closing off a section for no good reason - such as on Friday evening when the place is packed - just so they have less to clean. Very ignorant and unpleasant cleaning staff. Also it would be better if security told people not to take strollers on the escalator, they are often broken due to that reason.

Its a decent place to meet people and the main hall is often decorated elaborately. The selection of stores is small and personally I only visit the J.CREW. The food court is nothing exceptional and I can say the Ai Ramen there is too salty and lacking in ingredients. A nice attraction Id like to attend is the observation deck. This, a camera, and sunset would make for pure MAGIC!

Two entrances are currently closed off (Market Street as well as the one at 17th and Chestnut that leads to the second floor). Several renovation projects are going on. Part of the food court is often blocked off for no reason. Housekeeping staff are always in the way. Escalators are frequently broken. No reason to come here unless you work in the attached office building.

This particular shopping mall in downtown Philadelphia is reasonably filled with an assortment of clothing and other retailers. Its a relatively small shopping mall with maybe only a dozen or two stores so dont expect a wide variety of shopping options. However, it is conveniently located downtown and it has a large parking garage that is perfect if youre staying anywhere downtown.

The mall is half empty and features a weird customer mix of frumpy office workers, urban youth and homeless people camping out or utilizing the public restrooms for washing up. Its busiest at mid day thanks to its run of the mill food court. With its proximity to the much more appealing lineup of retail stores on Walnut Street between Broad and 18th Street, the question is...why??

The shops are okay but ever evolving. I love the upstairs food court. They have plenty of seating and a nice variety of eatieries. Very clean. The Chick-filA here is top notch so dont let the long line fool you. They have people with tablets walking the line to place your order so by the time you get to the register you just give them your name and your order is ready!

Pretty good selection of stores, could use more for men, but overall a great place for a mini-mall. The food court upstairs has everything you could dream of and more. The mall also houses the elevator to the Penn center observation deck. And every year they put up a gigantic (40 tall) Christmas tree in the center with gingerbread houses, gist-wrapping, etc..

Love Victoria Secret Lisa the Manager and Lisa are the best. Always feel sexy and confident after leaving this place. Very helpful feels like family instead of Reps. Same with Express shout out to Ashton and her entire staff, always helpful never seems like there job but second nature. Express always has,a great sale and someone always available to help.

(Note: This review is about the shopping center on the bottom two floors.) Suuuuper boring. They really need to get some more name brand or interesting stores in this space. I mean, the stores out on the street are a hundred times better than anything in here. The only redeemable aspect of the shopping center is the Chik-fil-A!!

The building is awesome. Lots of glass and natural light. The shops/stores are well maintained. Their food court offers a variety of places to choose from including one of my personal favorites, a Chick-fil-A. One can spend a good part of the day shopping and eating and enjoying special events like the display of sand art.

There arent many stores here; maybe a dozen or so. I guess its like a fancy-looking mini mall. Highlights: Bloomingdales Outlet, Ann Taylor Loft, J Crew, Bath & Body Works, Body Shop, Victorias Secret, and Express. It does have a pretty decent food court (ramen! sushi burritos!), though, so at least theres that.

Centro commerciale molto elegante e pieno di negozi e bar . Vale la pena fermarsi per qualche tempo per riposarsi se state girando a piedi la citta

Ive only visited a few times but I like it there. The food court can get very crowded and noisy but hey, its a food court. Many different stores to choose from, its very fancy in my opinion. The design has a classy feel to it. I only give it 4 stars because I havent been there that much.
