My sale person was Miguel Marrero he was nice. I got my car Lexus IS250. However, 24 hours later was back at the dealer. I called Miguel an explained to him the car was making loud sound down by the tires/brake area, he told me it was the rotors and to come in early the next day so I can be in an out. I get to the shop at 8:30 am on a Saturday, around 11:00am the car repair person comes an tells me .“YOU HAVE 4 BENT RIMS” ….. He calls around to see if any shops has them. No one does and you have to order them from Lexus which it was 2,500.00 base on the rim ( I called myself). I asked them to just order them NEW Jake advised me that he only made $600.00 off of my deal which I felt he did not need to tell me that/I did not understand his point with that rude comment (so he wasn’t going to order them new). They talked back in forth then told to me the rims have to be sent to a repair shop in philly. I was asked if they can put the DOUNUT on the car an I come back and forth as they repair the rims WOW ( I should have walked out an left the car) but I didn’t. Jake offered me a rental car, but I still had my old car so I just told him I’ll use my old car until this one is fixed. He said okay cool I’ll issue you a check for a COUPLE hundred dollars for the inconvenience(No Check has been received)). I got the call 5 days later my car was ready running at 100%. I go to get my new car wait for Jake as he walked by 3 or more times….. Mind you not one time did my sale person (Miguel Marrero) reach out to insure my car repairs. When he got around to talking to me he goes I have to have accounting mail you a check. I was so annoyed an just said fine because I been waiting on you to tell me this for 30 minutes. I get my car back and my tire light keeps coming on, so I take it to the dealership (RIMS)! I have to go back in forth fighting with them about my rims being replaced…. HANDS down worst experience ever.

I met with Dot this afternoon & had a pleasant experience. She shared her 20+ years of experience with me. Then I mentioned my wife was about to purchase a vehicle from another dealership. Instead of feeding me a bunch of BS to try & sell us both a car, she offered advice about the cars we had in mind. I drove home, picked up my wife & came back to speak further with Dot. Again, instead of being "salesy", she offered advice & listened to our questions. Not only did we not leave with a car, she helped us avoid making an impulsive decision to buy from a "buy here, pay here" dealer. Brian from financing gave us some very good advice on how to save, improve our credit & wait to buy until we could get a better deal. Now were following their advice & cant wait to give them our business when were ready to buy. Not only will we have better credit & more money saved up by then, well be confidently buying a good car with low mileage- instead of being stuck in a loan with high monthly payments, ridiculous interest rates & a car with high mileage just begging for expensive repairs in the future. Oh, and by the way, the most important thing we learned today: "Buy here, Pay here" dealers often finance through themselves- not a bank. They also dont usually report your payment history to the credit bureaus. This hurts you & doesnt help improve your credit even if you make good on your payments. No one knows youre doing a good job paying back the loan, so it cant help you improve your credit:( DONT BUY FROM A "BUY HERE, PAY HERE" DEALER!! Wait & save for a bigger down payment! Youll get a better car, better rates & lower payments if you wait a bit- and youll save money in the long run! Youll be pleasantly surprised how good of a deal you can get even with really low credit scores. A bigger down payment makes you a lower risk to lenders.

I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was wary walking into any car buying situation. Dot was my salesperson and she was instantly warm and likable. She made things incredibly easy for me as a buyer. When I was setting up insurance for the new vehicle, the insurance company mistakenly left off the last number of the VIN on the paperwork. Dot not only caught this, but called them herself to straighten it out, I didnt even know about it until after the fact! Jake, the general manager, is helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price for my trade in and was very easy to work with. Shortly after I purchased the car, I had to come back to have something done to it (it was my fault, nothing wrong with the car) which Jake very kindly assisted with. Dot wasnt in that day, but I met Humberto who went out of his way to help me. I was so impressed, he didnt have to help me as much as he did and it meant a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I would recommend do all of your research not only on this place but the car buying process in general. I bought a vehicle from here a year ago & the sales rep Andy told me whatever he needed to sell a car. On top of that he offered to make my 1st month payment saying he would send it in the mail, not only did it not come but I had to go the dealer to physically get it, which I did, after receiving the run around & when I expressed my concerns about returning the vehicle in case the financial responsibility becomes to heavy on me he reassured me that I had good options for returning it & getting something else, tho after reading ALL the details in my paper work I found that MOST of what he told me was not true & I wouldve like to have addressed him personally on this, however after I returned maybe 2 or 3 months later he was fired. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I saw a 2007 Mitsubishi online that I inquired about. Very promptly, Miguel Marrero contacted me, When I inquired about business hours on Saturday, I was told only until 5pm. Being a salesman myself, I work until 5 and told him I couldnt make it on Saturday. General Manager, Jake, then emailed me and told me they would stay longer if I wanted to see the vehicle. I had just had a few bad experiences at other dealerships where the vehicle wasnt as advertised. It was just as advertised. Jake and Andy Shull worked on the deal as I looked over the vehicle. There was no B.S.. Both sides agreed on the deal, paperwork was signed, and I drove off with the vehicle 55 minutes after I arrived. This is the way car buying should be. I highly recommend this dealership and thank Mike and Rita for honestly making this the easiest way to sell a car. Mike gave me the best price for the vehicle and made the whole transaction as painless as possible. I am still pinching myself because I cant believe the process was this easy. I know it sounds too good to be true but save yourself the hassle of selling your car privately or trying to sell to other dealerships. Mike is honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.
