Just purchased a new 50k plus Audi from this dealership and found yellow road line paint under it a few days later. When the salesman called to ask how things were going with the car, I told him that I found the yellow paint on the underside of my car when I was wiping it down, and that I was sure I didnt drive through any in the last 48 hours of actually owning it. He stated he would see if the Audi sales manager would allow him to have the small areas detailed to take care to of it and we hung up. Well... When the salesman called back... He pretty much told me it was my fault!??? (which they have no idea of) and that I would need to pay to have it detailed! This car was test driven on Rt 611 where there has been a ton of road construction and is also where the dealership is located. This comes down to pure and simple - take care of the customer, which they clearly dont want to do. I expect to be treated like a high end Audi customer and not like Im buying a used car off a cheap lot. This dealership could do much better on so many levels. I would suggest if you want real luxury Audi car service to go elsewhere. Sad...

The place lost my car. I was quoted for one price for suspension work and was charged another higher price afterwards. I was asked if they could keep the car for an extra 3 or 4 days because they didnt have the parts apparently and then I didnt hear back from them until 8 days in. After being charged for the suspension work I couldnt take my car back since the battery died somehow while in their care. I made another appointment on the spot. It was 10 days later for them to figure out they still had my car at which point they replaced the suddenly dead battery. The loaner was nice but I got uncomfortable having been in it for 18 days straight with little or often no communication about the progress with anything. I also asked them to diagnose my turbo that was reading low boost and the tech said it was fine. Its still single digits and barely working. Audi USA called about my service experience and forwarded my feedback to a manager named Mark but I never heard back from anyone. Also the car was returned with a dead key fob and a newly dead radio so I think Ill try somewhere else next time..

Under the new ownership, it seem that thereis particular attention to customer and their needs. In my case I had to take my Q7 for service to check a work that a non Audi garage has conducted. Mike, the service rep, was knowledgeable, attentive, polite and listened carefully to my concerns. He provided me with details of what the service dept would do from the moment my vehicle enter their garage area He even provided me with the address of ice rinks around our neighborhood and graciously walked me my out to my loaner car. While the car was supposed to be serviced the next day, Mike contacted me in few hours providing me with an update on my car status and indicated that the job was completed. This was by far one of the best services and interaction that I have had with any VW/Audi dealership in my life. Keep up the great work and keep attracting talents like Mike to your team.

I want to write another review because I continue to be impressed with the customer service here. I recently tried taking my car to another dealership in Mechanicsburg and was treated poorly. The lady was rude, insinuated I had no idea what I was talking about, and told me to wait 5 days to get a check engine light looked at, and said I havent established a good enough relationship with them to get a loaner car. I called Thompson who immediately bent over backwards for me. The customer service was friendly and cared about my car. I told them I was coming from 2.5 hours away so they scheduled a priority appointment after allowing me to talk to a mechanic about my problem. They accommodated for my work schedule and distance. Naturally I can take a loaner car in the meantime. I continue to be very impressed with my friends at Thompson Audi.

This past weekend I bought my second car from a new dealership (4th car in all). I saw an online ad for a 2007 BMW 335i coupe convertible. I bought my last car (2004 BMW 325xi sedan) from Thompson BMW and had a great experience, so I didnt hesitate to go back. I got the same salesman from last time (also named Joe) and he got everything squared away the same day.The finance manager (I believe his name is Tim) was easy to work with and wasnt pushy with any additional services. I went it, saw a car I wanted, got a great interest rating, and left in a beautiful new convertible. I recommend Thompson to all my friends and family, especially the salesman Joe, whos helped me twice now. He primarily sells at Thompson Lexus, but can sell any car at any lot I believe.

I visited your dealership and the customer service was terrible, there was no body at the audi show room, after several minutes I had to basically go fishing for a salesperson with the assistance of an employee from audi car service area, When I finally got a sales person the experience was very poor as well, he showed a very little interest in making a sale, it was difficult for me to get information from him, I had to keep asking question after question since I was receiving short answers with limited information, I basically begged for brochure and a quote. My final impression is that for a brand that suppose to express a level of luxury I received a very poor experience. Too bad I cannot score with zero stars

I recently bought a certifed pre-owned car from Thompson and the experience was terrific. I located the vehicle using the internet, and once I contacted the folks at Thompson, I found them to be very focused on answering my questions without any sales pressure tactics. As I was traveling from out of state, I was concerned about the amount of time I would spend waiting for the administrative and financial process, but the folks at Thompson pre-filled everything out and streamlined the process so that I never felt like I was waiting for them. Great dealership! I worked with Rachel Van Der Bas online, Paul Mednick in person, and Kristie Ranalli for the paperwork.

I typically dont write reviews unless they are warranted. I own an Audi A8L and work in Willow Grove. Note that here is another Audi dealership literally about one mile from work. So why do I drive to Warrington for service? Two words - great service!! I have been going there for several years and the service has been consistently great. So no, its not because I came there once and got good service--it is what is delivered each and every time. I can drop my car for an oil change and even get a loaner car. Who does that?!! Not the other dealership aforementioned. Courteous employees and pleasant environment. Enough said.

One of the most accommodating dealerships in the area. Audi Warrington provides top-notch service to its customers; from drop-off to pick-up, youre welcomed, treated with dignity. Staff is helpful; lounge is comfortable, accommodating, and stocked with treats. Service is always speedy and always scheduled in time. While I didnt purchase my Audi here (as its my preferred service center) Ill be sure to in the future. Note: It can get busy at times, between phones and a people rush, prepare accordingly. With distinction comes people, and I think we all prefer the former.
