~This was a spot that I knew couldnt disappoint after taking my mammadukes out to dinner across town to the utterly repugnant "Eatalia Byob." Upon entrance you immediately get a whiff of that glorious cake batter aroma; its almost as if one can eat the air & be sufficed. The staff was hilarious & friendly as they would sing a jingle every time someone tipped. I chose to go all out, & get the "Gotta Have It" size with the jimmie-choco-dipped waffle bowl filled with that crack cake batter & mix-in of oreo crumbs. The creamy goodness of cold stone has always won me over & this location was no different. The Don approves of this establishment & will be back~

If I am inside the shop consuming and close the store 5 minutes and I want to order something to carry out, why the employee is mad. Product that is ready that do not have to cook, just prepare the size in which I want it and obvious I will pay for what I am consuming The employees for more who want to go do not have to be complaining, if my children are still eating they do not have to tell me that already they closed, zero customer service.

The staff chooses their clientele to be friendly to. The pick up order routine needs to be reviewed. I ordered online and I wasnt able to get a staff to look me in the eye and ask if I can be helped. I had to flag down a staff member to get service. I love the store. Customer service is gold to me. I will be traveling far to another location!

Friend and I went on a hot Sunday afternoon. Place was very busy. The servers were very pleasant and polite; they were working very fast without a wasted motion. I felt they were glad to see me. The store was clean for having so many customers. The Shortcake Surprise was astounding! Ill be back.

Options.....Sooooo many options. A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth. Very accommodating and friendly staff that does right by their clientele. A bit pricey but all things considered, worth it.
