Been to this location 3 times, and wont go back. Recently moved to the area and got a coupon for BOGO ice cream so decided to try out the Cold Stone that was closest. When we go to checkout, the cashier charges me for 2 additional mix-ins. My order was 2 Love-its +1. They are the same price, but somehow he charged me for Love-it +2. Whatever its an extra 0.89. Went back again a few weeks later and was told about the email list and how Id get another BOGO coupon if I signed up. So I signed up and went back for my third time. Get up to the counter and the same cashier as the first time, now tells me that he cant accept my coupon because the store is a franchise. When I asked him to explain why I couldnt use the coupon I got for signing up for the official Cold Stone mailing list (directions provided by Cold Stone staff) he ignored me and walked away.

Cold stone has one of the best tasting icecream. The ice cream is very rich and thick unlike some places that just taste watered down. Someone complained in another comment about low fat options...its an ice cream place. Its fat no matter what. Thats like going to a fast food burger place and getting an extra large then ordered a diet soda with that. Lol my 2 cents

Excellent flavors, excellent combinations, if you like ice cream, this is the place to go. Be warned, there is very limited low fat/no fat options. When I know we are going here, I dont eat for the day just so that I can enjoy a cup of one of Cold Stone Creamerys amazing combinations. Their ice cream cupcakes are adorable too!

The quality of the ice cream products are "top shelf"! The whole marketing of "a cold stone" to mix & combine ingredients was smart, but they really "charge" a premium price for the whole "dog & pony show". We still love the whole experience and will continue to go. This is our favorite way to enjoy ice cream out of the house!

Its a great place to get a sweet treat like most locations however they have limited seeing and a few seats outside made of metal that are one just not very comfortable and two extremely hot during the summer along with they are not accompanied by tables but other wise amazing Ice cream and service.

Very bad management. They charged my credit card for 26$ for just a small chocolate cup icecream. When I called them to follow up, they we least helpful and said they cannot do anything about it. Will never go back again here.

Very good ice cream!!! I can never eat very much because it has a lot of fat but it tastes SO GOOD! Service is nice and helpful; they make sure to get your order right and are very polite about it. Nice location as well

Ice cream is delicious. Unfortunately they only have one employee serving and it took 20 minutes to get the ice cream. Clearly not the employees fault but poor customer service.
