OMG...the best cookies! Our East coast home is right up the street & we go here often and love the cookies! We eat them while walking the neighborhood, we buy them for home, we share them (reluctantly) with guests, my husband ships me them when needed to our West coast home. Yummy, yummy, goodness!!! The 4 star is due to customer service. Although weve tried to look past it, weve had several concerns: grumpy staff, staff member angry cursing in back within earshot of customers, handling items without gloves. There are many times where staff has been pleasant smiling and engaging and attentive to food handling, so 4 stars. Suggestion: work on a few things noted to make it a 5 star experience. We come to this location as its near, but also plan to try some of their other locations to compare.

I ordered cookies on line to be delivered to my son in grad school for his birthday. I got his class time wrong so I contacted Insomnia Cookies to change the delivery time. They were prompt in their response, friendly, and very helpful. They changed the delivery time and he received his warm cookies just as he was coming back from class. The delivery guy even wished him a Happy Birthday! I am very pleased with the service and attention to detail as well as the quality of the product. I will order from Insomnia Cookies again.

The food is fantastic, it smells great in and around there. Locals know that its great, its located on main street so theres lots of people everywhere and sometimes it gets a bit crowded but its worth the wait. Whether or not your into the classics, they have something for everyone. Besides serving ice cream and cookies they will mash it up and put ice cream in between two cookies of your choosing. They have commons like chocolate chip, and sugar cookies to snickerdoodles and double fugde supremes.

I entered Insomnia cookies on Main Street Manayunk today to make a surprise purchase for a group of teenagers I work with, but due to my personal rule, "Rude people DO NOT deserve my business" I was forced to leave the establishment disappointed. One star because their lunch time staff was impolite and extremely unprofessional. Its obvious she hates her job. I do, however, love their cookies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For their genius recipe and baking process

We made the mistake of placing a delivery order yesterday. Not only did it take over an hour for the cookies to arrive, but the cookies were cold and the delivery person made me walk across the street to his car to get the cookies. I know Im being lazy, but isnt that the point of delivery? (And mind you we live in a well lit and marked home) If you have a cookie craving, I recommend going to the actual store.

there is nothing to tell you about insomnia cookies except you have to try them for yourself. my favorite cookie may not be your favorite flavor. but all their cookies are served warm, buttery and delicious. theyre cookies are a lil pricy ($1.35 each) but so is happiness. they are open until 3am so go get one or two now!

This place is awful. I placed a pickup order and they lost it and had all of my information wrong. I went to the store and they didnt do anything and I was still charged for the order. Worst customer service ever and I will never being going back. I will also tell everyone I know never to go there.

Best late night cookies chain in the city. My go-to spot after a night of drinking leading to more bad decisions. I usually grab the brownie a la mode, but they run out of that by 3am it seems, so I just get the freshly baked cookies!
