They do not get a single star. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. For starters he does not work out of a shop but out of his home. I hate to take away from someones livelihood, but the health department needs to be called. Im so serious, he had a Imagi logo shirt on covered in cat hair! I know it was a cat cause I seen the cat in the house. The kitchen was not clean and I dont mean dirty dishes cause he just baked a cake I mean piles of regular everyday house dishes just nasty. The cake was not what we asked for, it was sloppy had to ask him to fix the names on the cake and the guy tried to argue with us and Kept saying "Well I think its a good cake," "I think I did what you asked" This man obviously doesnt know what customer service is. Its not about what you think but how the client feels and we were entirely unhappy and disgusted. Lastly and I lie to you not about any of this, the cake was box cake that you buy from the market, and the frosting too, covered with fondant.After arguing about the cake he did give us half our money back which still isnt right. $140 cake maybe worth about 50 and that is just for the time and ingredients. Sure as hell wasnt any quality about it. Yes it was a last minute job but he set himself up for failure cause if this cake would have been right and taste right there would have been another cake ordered for another party this coming month of March. **** I had to click one star cause Google wouldnt let me post my review without it.

So far, I can only give a low stars because I have been requesting a quote via their website and now via email with no response. For people who are very busy and cant make it in, this is a bit frustrating. Im able to get quotes easily online from other bakeries. As a result they will lose a very interested customer.

I happen to stumble across this bakery at the last minute of wanting a cake. The cake was for a graduation and let me say the price was perfect and the cake was delicious!!! I told everyone who attended the graduation party where I received the cake from! Would use them again for the next event.

Chef D helped me out while I was searching from New York. I prepared a 40th Birthday Party for my sister and he made a beautiful cake. Took the picture I provided and made a perfect replica and it tasted great as well. The service was great. Highly recommend Chef D and Image Cakes to all.

We got car cake for my boyfriends 29th birthday. The design was excellent and looked just like his Dodge Charger. He didnt even want to cut it but when he did the triple chocolate cake was to die for. Great cake !
