Great ice cream. Terrible service. The whole setup is infuriating, watching employees struggle with a poor set up and poorly managed business. Four people should be enough to handle all of their business, but at 3+ minutes for a simple one scoop cone, the only thing keeping this place afloat is blind tourism. (Hey, management, If you need an efficiency consultant, contact me via google+, Ill bring this place around in 3 days)

This is a great little seasonal annex to the original Franklin Fountain at Market and Front. Lots of flavors available, and theyre all delicious. This place is open when the Spruce Street Garden Park opens in the summer. The ice cream isnt the cheapest (three cones will run you nearly $15), but it is definitely worth it!
