We will never know if the gelato is good or not. We went in to buy some gelato tonight. We waited for the people before us to finish paying and then another couple walked in after us and they were waited on before us. When they were finished being served we waited for the employee to ask us what flavor we would like . By then we had been standing there for 10 minutes. Instead he started talking to another employee about their time cards and ignored us. We then decided that we no longer wanted to wait to be served since we were being ignored and that our patronage was probably not important to them and we walked out of the gelato store.

Absolutely amazing gelato. Brought a group of 21 people to try the gelato and not one negative comment could be made. Staff very friendly and when you get 20+ people lining up at once for gelato it can be a bit crazy... Michael the GM was right there to greet us and just the feel of the place was you to come back over and over. Highly recommended and thats just based on the gelato... Cant wait to go there again (maybe without 20+ guests) so I can enjoy more of the wonderful atmosphere and try what I hear is amazing pizza.

If only it were priced as Pizzeria Verdi is. The pizza here is lovely, but a tad small for the cost and lacking the delicate flavor combinations some of Vetris have. Plus, nothing like a rotolo here. It is nice they have pasta, but none of it is remarkable. The squash blossoms are awesome, if you get a chance to try them do it. Also, get an affogato and definitely definitely definitely get their gelato cocktails. Thats the best reason to go here. They deserve all 4 stars specifically for those cocktails.

The pizza was soggier than a mop. It flopped around when you were trying to eat it. This restaurant is incredibly over priced. Also, they asked us if we wanted marinara sauce with one of appetizers, as if it came with it, and then charged us for it. The staff was friendly but slightly snobby. I paid fourteen dollars for one pizza and it was worth about three, I am never returning.

This place is AWESOME! Walked around the city, looking for a frozen drink on a hot day... ended up here... two hours later, we had a few drinks, gelato, coffee, and had chatted with Charlene, Sandy, and Will - all were super cool!!! We cannot wait to go back to try the pizza, but to also catch up with the great people that work there! Thanks for a great time and awesome drinks!!

Pizza and spaghetti sauce are superb, with just enough zest to raise your eyebrows and dive in for more. Server seemed genuinely pleased at how much we were enjoying the food. The dark chocolate a nd the pistachio gelatos were exactly what we hoped for and the perfect ending to a delectable meal! We will come here again when life brings us back, which I hope is soon.

Very cute, prices are pretty reasonable. Its interesting because its sit down pizza in back, but when you first walk in theres a homemade gelato station. Then theres a bar where you can sit and get drinks with the pizza/restaurant in back The service was above average. Overall, great experience!

I was one a one week trip to Philly and visited a museum across the street and one of the staff recommended this place. I had pizza and a few of the 300 gelato flavors. It was all so damn good i spent an hour looking for parking just so i could eat there one last time before I went back to New York

Capo Giro gelati up front. Gapo Giro pizza in the back. Wood fired and domed brick oven like I first encountered in Napoli. The 900 degree oven bakes the pie in minutes. They use high quality ingredients and make their own pizza dough. It all bakes into one tasty pie. Artisanal quality. Fair price.

Fantastic house-made gelato! Highly recommend. And the brick oven Neapolitan pizza is terrific. Wish we would have found this place earlier in our stay. Very attentive service in the dining room at dinner and finished off with a cappuccino and gelato. Dont leave town without eating here! Molto bene

Cozy, intimate space with quick and charismatic service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a long wine list and a range of beer options. The pizza is spectacular, the fried potatoes are now one of my favorites and the gelato is phenomenal. Great place.

This place sells very good Italian ice cream in many many flavors. They offer dairy free, nut free, whatever free and the guy in the counter is a real showman. First it seemed expensive but portions are huge. And you can taste everything before ordering. A must go place.

The gelato was phenomenal! And, despite that they were getting ready to close up for the night we asked for a pizza and they made a great pie as well! Ill point out that Im pretty particular about my pizza. Give this place a try.

Gelato is as good as any I had in Italy. Margarita pizza was better than what Ive tried in Naples. Nice selection of Italian wines. Free samples of gelato and wine are a nice touch. I cant wait to go back.

The pizza was so good but for some reason was like a puddle and soggy. The pizza was amazing though. Dont be fooled its not just a gelato place.

We had the gelato and it was amazing! They make it on site. The lady at the counter says it takes 6 hrs to make it. The flavors were amazing!
