Ive gone to Sarah for all of my piercings which are now 7. She has incredible experience and each one has always turned out perfect, none of them have ever gotten infected two areas in particular I hear my friends having problems with infections or rejecting are the nostril and naval, none of mine have ever been infected or rejected and they are all perfectly healthy. She truly cares about you and your specific anatomy and will give as much time as needed to ensure the best possible piercing. Not only is she an excellent piercer and person she is also honest with you, for instance my septum is deviated and she made sure to tell me before she pierced me this may cause it to become crooked, and despite this gave me a very symmetrical and happy septum piercing. All in all everyone there including the receptionists and tattoo artists are very friendly, helpful, and clean. I recommend black cat to everyone.

Ive used (Honest) Josh for all my tattoo work for over a decade now. Were up to a 3/4 sleeve and some other random bits. Of all the shops Ive seen Josh in, Black Cat is hands down the best. The environment, fellow artists and location are great. Its got almost a community coffee shop vibe to it, where you feel welcome and there isnt the least bit of pressure. While Im sure they will apply standard flash for you, these guys really shine when you work with them on a custom design. They are all true artists at heart, that use tattooing as their output. Just ask to see some of their paintings! I cant say enough good things about the whole crew at Black Cat.

This shop is an explosion of love, passion, hard work, sacrifice, and risk. You walk in to a cloud of enthusiasm, especially from their counter staff that make you feel like the queen of goddamned England. The artists all vibe with each other and complete strangers. It feels like a family of intergalactic connective consciousness and the tattoos and piercings are life changing. I think people will enjoy this review. Bravo Black Cat, youve outdone yourselves and are the number 1 shop in perkasie and my heart!

Great artists! Nice variety of talented artists to take care of your piercings and tattoos. Clean, well organized, good lighting. Comfortable environment. Amazing experience with first time tattoos, Bob Kerr killed it! Got to say hi to the lovely Sarah Morgan who did several beautiful piercings on me a few years back. I got an eyebrow piercing, done by the lovely Sarah! The pain is exactly on a scale of 1/10 a solid 3. It was done very well and I love it. Amazing prices and lovely staff. The environment is very comfortable and cozy. The artist are friendly and approachable, and know how to do their job and do it well. Black Cat has a great staff and a comfortable environment. They have a lot of custom flash made by the tattoo artists themselves that are ready to go, but they will gladly make something just for you, and you will love it. Their piercer, Sarah, has done all four of my piercings, all of which have healed great. I will getting tattooed here in the near future as well.

Sarah pierced my philtrum/medusa about a month ago. Let me tell you this girl is amazing! Super sweet, super clean and super professional! I highly recommend going to her. She knows her stuff and you will have a happy piercing!
