I had been getting the "itch" for wanting another tattoo for several months but had very few ideas of what to get and where in my area was a safe and clean tattoo parlor. So I did what Im sure most of us do, and that is search the internet and read reviews. I came across the Red Lotus on Google and became instantly impressed. There were only six other reviews but everyone of them had positive things to say, plus it was the closest place to where I lived. So I decided to check it out. And Im glad I did! I was a little scared at first but I was greeted kindly and walked through the process step by step. First I looked through about five different books to pick the artist I liked best and this was a no brainer. I chose Hailey right off the bat because her artwork spoke to me, as cheesey as that sounds. I met breifly with her and explained how I really wanted flowers wrapped around my foot but I also wanted a fairy somehow incorporated. She seemed excited to help me figure this all out and after leaving my thoughts and pictures with her, I came back four days later to see her drawing and get started. The process was LONG and more painfull than I ever imagined but she made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to take breaks when need be. Ive had my tattoo for almost two weeks now and although it is still healing, I am pretty happy with it. She did exactly what I asked for. So now I know whenever I get the need for another tattoo, Ill know where to go.

My experience with them, they really seem to hate walk-in business and almost go out of their way to avoid dealing with regular people. Unless you want your whole body covered in giant tattoos or are ready to live a tattoo based lifestyle this isnt the place to go. Customer service skills are really lacking. Tried calling twice and they rushed me off the phone both times. Sorry, Im not a tattoo genius. I had the audacity to ask questions!!! Stopped in once and they acted really annoyed that I didnt know exactly what I wanted right away. So I left. Do yourself a favor, go to any of the other shops. Call first and ask questions. If they answer them kindly then you should consider giving them your money. But these guys? Hell no. I wouldnt take a FREE tattoo from them. Piece of advice for you guys, if you dont want the general public calling or coming in then get rid of your website and stop pretending you want that business.

I have been to about six different tattoo shops now, but Red Lotus stands out above the rest! Theyre "real" people with real amazing talent. Im covered in tattoos, but the work Rob did on me is by far my favorite. Ive been there for my last three tattoos this year and cant wait to go back again. The shop is so awesome too! Very clean, very sterile, and extremely nice inside. Not like other shops that seem run down and feel like they are hiding something from you. Cant recommend this shop enough! Check them out if your looking to get some tattoo or piercing work.

Rob and his crew are top notch. Always respectful, always helpful, always informative. I have not had one bad experience with them. My brother, my wife, my best friend, and myself have all been happy and return customers. Anyone in the area should go here! I travel back from Lancaster just for Rob. Also, the new space is the next step for the business. It blends comfort, fun, and professionalism into one package. Sometimes, I think parlors can bring towns down with image and clientele, but Red Lotus brings Lansdale up!

Ive used Red Lotus twice! I got my first tattoo ever done by Dan and it was great. I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands. The second time, I went to get my belly button pierced, and Eva was awesome! I went in pretty nervous, but she was so calm that it was over in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Red Lotus for all of your piercing/tattoo needs. The place is clean and professional. They were friendly and made sure I knew how everything was going to work. Awesome experience.

Great shop. Rob Fiore did a coverup on my arm that was incredible. I brought in a pic of what I wanted and he was able to draw it up, make it his own and it looked awesome. The business is run professionally and all of the artists are real artists. Lots of drawing and scetching going on during down time and as important as the talent in this shop is the cleanliness which was exceptional. Very impressed. Ill be back!

Great place....Highly recommend and will go back for more!!! Walked in on a Sat night. Around 8pm. I had an idea what I wanted. The guy at the desk said let me see if anyone had time. Hayli did. She drew it up. We agreed on it. Boom about an hour or so later. Done!!! She is super talented and made the process very relaxed. I thought everyone there was cool.

My friend got her first tattoo from Hayli (HAM) and I went with her, after that I booked my first tattoo with her and have gone to her for all of my following tattoos. Shes amazing and is great company while having a tattoo done. Shes just as excited to do the tattoo as you are to get it done! Shes amazing and Ive recommended her to several of my friends.

My cousin and I got our tattoos done there and I would totally recommend this place to my friends! Our artist Dan, did an awesome job explaining the sanitary information and after-care guidelines. everything he used on us was a single use tool, which made it that much more comfortable

They are lacking on the customer service skills a bit. They did not seem to want or care about walk in service, kinda got rushed out the door really fast and they did not want to talk at all about possible purchases with me. Not coming back.

Eva is a sweetheart, she pierced my cartilage, my daughters cartilage as well as her lobes AND wrote a note to my daughters gym teachers explaining why the piercings cant be removed for 6-7 months.
