WHILE THE CLERK SKYLAR WAS SCANNING PRODUCTS , THE BAGGER ASKED ME IF I WANT THE GALLON OF MILK IN A BAG AND I SAID I`LL TAKE IT THE WAY IT IS . SKYLAR REPEATED IT SMARTLY WHILE LOOKING AT HER AND SMIRKING . WHEN 2 ITEMS THAT CAME UP HIGHER THAN WHAT WAS LISTED ON THE SHELF . I TOLD SKYLAR 3 TIMES IT WAS INCORRECT AND HE SAID IT WILL BE OK ON THE RECEIPT IT WAS NOT OK IT WAS AT THE HIGHER PRICE. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HE SAID NOTHING CAN BE DONE , WITH AN ATTITUDE. I TOLD HIM TO GET A MANAGER , WHICH HE STARTED YELLING OVER TO HER . THIS KID NEEDS TO GO HE IS JUST PUTTING TIME IN AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS , NO SMILE AND A DUMB LOOK ON HIS FACE. THE MANAGER OF THE FRONT REGISTERS TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.ALSO TOLD BE HE DID NOT ADD MY POINTS TO MY CARD. WE SHOP YOUR STORE ALOT AND SPEND ALOT OF MONEY AND DON"T NEED A SMART TALKING LITTLE BOY BEING RUDE TO ME OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMER. IF I WERE IN CHARGE OF HIM I WOULD FIRE HIM FOR NEGLECT OF DUTIES. The store is small but considering this I think they have a decent selection. I have two issues: too many changes and the early morning staffing. This store has had around 5 or 6 managers and each one does something radical from the last one. Most irritatingly was the manager who reserved most of the spaces up front for some reason. This has since been corrected. Recently the change in hours has been a pain - from 24x7 to 6am to midnight. For my working hours 0500 was the perfect time to go. This brings me to my second issue about staffing in the morning. ONE CASHIER and that is it! At least 10% of the time the self checkout was having an issue and there is just no one around to help the lone employee.

Beware of expired food! It seems like no one ever checks the perishable items (everything from produce to fruit to snacks and dairy) for expiration dates. I guess they believe its best to leave rotten veggies on the shelf, because maybe someone will buy it. Check the dates of EVERYTHING you buy! The organization of the shelves is poor, as well, with many items placed in illogical locations, inadequate labeling on the aisles, and many items moved away from the appropriate section in the interest of promoting impulse buying. The store was much nicer when it first opened, but theyve quickly let it run downhill.

Giant consistently has the best sales on the items I use. They have coupons every week that you can pick up in store by grabbing a sale ad. Tip: you can use 300 Gas points to get 5% off your grocery purchase. Mathematically, it works out to save you more to use this 5% off $61 in groceries than 30 cents off 10 gallons of gas, which is what most sedans hold. The customer service desk will print out a certificate for you if you give them your gold card and have the required 300 points.

(UNLIKE WEIS) They dont discriminate, have a bigger verity of pastries, produce, and seafood, a relaxing cafe with free unlimited wi-fi, they try to get customers the best deals possible even if you may not have a bonus card and give you free coupons at the end of your order. You can often find the people in charge working among their employees and different activities that help out the community.

Have shopped here since their opening and usually at least ok. This time was bad .... Deli persons held meat against body/ uniform when carrying to slicer, bonus card coupon printer not working, at checkout coupons wouldnt scan so cashier was going to keep then until asked for return..$7.00! Want shop Friday again!

This is my go-to grocery store, particularly because every staff member is kind, courteous, and accommodating. I usually come in with my baby, and the staff is quick to help out when I need extra hands. The younger staff members are especially attentive, and I really appreciate that. Keep up the great work!

This giant is great. Very friendly staff and always stocked. Good prices. Get a reward card. Really saves alot. Has its own gas station on sight to use your points for money off gas. Love this bakery excellent cakes and Im really picky about my cakes but they always come through perfect!

Very nice Giant grocery store. Has probably everything you could be looking for. They can have some decent sales especially when they coincide with their gas rewards program. They are a bit strict at the fuel pumps as far as filling gas cans and they dont have diesel available.

This is our main "stomping ground"! From the fruit to the veggies, fresh,fresh! Some weeks, Pricey, but we know what we want, so go Wednesdays, the produce will be lower. Clean, abundance of helpers, they ALL know exactly, where ALL things are Parking lot, good Great Store!!

Good clean store good location easy to navigate and find what you need. 3 stars. Ticked me off they no longer are open 24/7. I enjoy late night shopping less busy and less stressfull for people with high anxiety like myself.

Dont go early in the morning for a large amount of groceries. They dont have an cashiers. You have to use self serve which are fine for 4 items...not so much for a cartful of groceries. It takes forever to checkout.

Not a bad store, but it hasnt had the upgrades other local Giant stores have gotten, and the selection can be lacking. I often find good deals on the reduced produce rack, and the employees are generally really nice.

Shopping is very easy and friendly in this store. Staff is always willing to help. This store is convenient for me as it on my way home from work so I dont even use the one in my hometown!

Its a nice giant to have in the area, has full grocery stock, deli, bakery, seafood, meat areas. Organic aisles and fresh organic and non organic produce. No pharmacy.

The selection of food is pretty diverse - I actually really like the exotic fruit section! My family and I enjoy finding new and different fruits to eat every so often.
