Helpful and skilled employees. This is great if you are a begginer when purchasing computers and other hi tech items. They also have a great UPS shipping dept and handy staff for your special printing needs.I have had beautiful high quality posters made from low resolution digital pics. Their printing equipments is perfect for the consumer who want a step up from the average.

Be wary of purchasing a printer from Staples, as they only back up their merchandise for 14 DAYS. When returning the malfunctioning one I bought to the store for a refund or exchange, the assistant manager was rude ...once she finished her candy bar. Cant say that Id give anything close to a good rating, or be a return customer.

Its difficult to find things here. Its difficult to find an employee to help find things here. And when you do find an employee v to help, sometimes they cant find what you need.
