I have been dropping off Fedex and DHL packages at this store for several years. Typically I take them in the front door to the counter, but if the boxes are unusually heavy or large, I drop them off on the dock at the back of the store. I ring the outside bell and an employee will come out with a hand truck to take the packages inside. Today however I had a very different experience. I had 3 packages, two of which were large and heavy. I unloaded them on the dock and then a tall gentleman with glasses (the manager?) came out the door. I asked him if he could take the boxes inside or could he send someone out for them. He replied that he couldnt have his employees picking up boxes on the dock and that I had to take them inside to the counter. I said, "Well I have a bad back and leg" but if he insisted Id take them around front. He turned around and said, "Just get out of here, just get out of here." I said, "No problem" and put the boxes back in my car and left. I couldnt believe how rude and inconsiderate this guy was. If I treated my customers this way, Id be out of business. Maybe he was having a bad day, but thats still no reason to be disrespectful.

Price gougers! I needed to ship an envelop to BC Canada, so living in the neighborhood, I figured Id just go to Pack and Post. WELL, the woman at the counter told me that my item was "over 13 ounces" and therefore would have to be shipped USPS Priority Mail *or* FedEx. Both options cost, according to Pack and Post, a whopping $60! Needless to say, I left and drove up the road to the real Post Office, where my **10.5 ounce package** shipped for $4.50. I will NOT be returning.

What a great locally-owned shipping and packaging store! When I needed help with freight shipping wheelchairs in excess of 400 lbs. Chad went out of his way to add freight as one of their services and shopped for very competitive rates. They provide a level of service and attention that I never could find at any of the major carrier franchise stores in the area.

Great place to do all of your mail and shipping transactions. The email notification I get when a package arrives to my box saves me a ton of time since I dont have to go by to see if packages have arrived. The staff members are very helpful with shipping preparation.. Lines are typically short, so not much waiting if any.

I own a small business and am at the post office at least twice per week. The service at Pack-N-Post is absolutely unmatched! Tyler is typically the associate who assists me and he is fantastic & so sweet! I highly recommend doing business here, miles upon miles better than going to a regular USPS or FedEx.

This Pack-N-Post is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, its a pleasure to go there And they have excellent coffee. I only wish they would put more checks in my box and fewer bills.
