U shud really chek out High Point Road Kinkos. They r great! I have dun a lot there & not just all 4 biznes. My kidz have had projects published there. We have even gone as far as standing n the office using publishing tools there 2 finish up last minute things b4 heading out 2 skool. Its major! 2 great employees that I have worked with there r Brandin & Lisa. Chek it out! I have also experienced the staff @ the Battleground Kinkos & I agree with u. However, I didnt actually have 2 go there 2 experience it either. My project was sent out of the High Point Road location 2 b dun overnite @ Battleground & I caught a bit of their "customer no-service" just thru the chain. Definately go 2 High Point Road, they r fierce!

The staff is excellent to work with mainly. I had issues with a magnet and they made it good with no hassle and I couldnt prove my side of the story but they took my word which they didnt have to. Warning though, this location only has 1 computer terminal. Best go to Tate street or battleground if that is the reason that you are going. Unless it is convenient to you. Its not real busy yet but probably 50/50 chance someone is on the computer.

The Internet is slower than dialup and they charge by the minute. Printasyougo doesnt work. Half the machines are broken and their management left one person who could only keep apologizing. Ridiculous. Wont go back.

Went there for copies from my thumb drive. The manager kept getting distracted with other customers when working with me. My visit would have been a lot faster if there was a self-service printer I could have used.

Only one work station.....really?!?! Wasnt even asked by the tech is the can help me with anything. Get more work stations!

This is a smaller Fedex Office, may be a good thing. Service was prompt, courteous, and accurate.
