I worked there for 9 months back in 2003 as cashier before entering the Navy, but review is based on whole experience since then. Parking is plenty. Parking lot maintenance is well kept and clean. Overall the employees and management have been very nice to customers. Note: Other Giant locations management staff dont seem to do well with customers as well as this one. Store is kept clean and spill accidents are immediately given attention. I see smiling faces on all employees. Feels good to see that when shopping. I feel safe shopping there. I dont have anything I want to point out thats wrong with this Giant store overall. Therefore I give it its 5 star rating.

Fast, accurate, super friendly employees! Everytime! Thank u! Five the sweet tour brunette that worked Saturday morning a raise she always has a smile and is always super helpful! The main pharmacist this sat morning was great too just didnt get to interact as well. But shes always been sweet from all encounters and probably deserves something for a job well done as well. The giant prescription saving card is the best. Thank u!!!

Cons: Produce section needs a lot more attention. Onions are always old, the fruit selection is usually picked over especially at the end of the weekend. Pros: They have scanners that you can take with you and self-bag as you shop which is a big bonus, especially when shopping with kids. The Giant in Ephrata is the gold standard in the area IMO and the Lancaster giant has a beer selection, giving this giant tough competition.

If you want good deals on groceries, but lose your mind while shopping this is the place for you. I only go here because it cheaper than stauffers, but I hate going in there. I cringe every time I step foot in the door of this place. There is only a handful of cashiers that are nice. There is only one guy that I have ever seen clean while doing isle checks.

Most of the staff were friendly, however a food sampler that was supposed to be handing out cereal samples wasnt at their stand and the samples were just sitting on the table. This was disappointing as I wanted to know about the product and be greeted friendly there. The check out process was fast and easy and the cashier was very friendly.

Great customer service at front desk by Mr. Cody May! I visited on 7/31/17 & the entire quick checkout area was closed. I had just spent 1.5 hours shopping with the hand held price reader for a quick & easy checkout, which it is designed for. He saw the dilemma & I cashed out in 5 seconds at the front desk. Kudos for his quick thinking.

The florist and the floral department are excellent. The florist, Tomio, is knowledgeable demonstrates great customer service skills and handles his job with what seems to be loving care. I will definitely return to him and the flower section of Giant the next time I want to buy a gift!!

Very frustrating shopping at a store so disorganized. Everyone is lost including the employees who are trying to help. Management needs to step in with a game plan for the remainder of the renovation. Ill be shopping elsewhere until their renovation is complete.

Gotta say, the non-perishable food manager gave me a bit of unwanted attitude. Had an issue with a cake order I placed and he wanted to fight me to the end. He then proceeded to say that this was the location I had asked for. Not going to Giant again.

I have to eat gluten free because of digestive issues, and giant has a good selection of marked gluten free items. Very clean and typically very organized.
