I was very disappointed in my experience at this store. I do not frequently update my devices and had questions about upgrading my phone and about my account that were met with a rude and condescending attitude by the male staff member who "helped" me. There was clearly no interest in helping a customer who has been with ATT for nearly 15 years. In fact, this experience may be the one that makes me choose another provider.

The manger there zack is a theft and piece of work, try to sell me a screen protector that already came with the case, if thats the kind of person this company lets become a manger I would love to see is DM.
