I would love to give this location a 5 star review and before last night, 8/18/17, I would have but the service and food left a great deal to be desired. First off the hostess was no were to be seen and after waiting over 5 mins she finally arrived and took us to are seat. Are waitress, Laura, arrives and promptly gets are drinks, after which she did not come back for 25 mins. A table of 14 came in after us and she got their drink orders, drinks, and all food orders into the computer before she came back to us. A good waitress should have taken their drink orders then come to us before returning to their table for food orders, considering 2 of that party werent even at the table to place orders. She does not acknowledge us and upon returning to are table gives no apologies, even after we confront her about forgetting us. After this we should have left, but being after 8pm and being far from home, we decided to stay and order food. The fish fry and friend shrimp were very good, we would definetly come back for them but the mac n cheese and the Hash brown casserole were cold and hard, like it had been sitting for hours. I asked for a replacement of both but they still had the same problem. The corn bread was also off as well. The outside looked burnt and it tasted like they forgot sugar or something. We should have know bc all the tables around us had the cornbread left on the table. The only saving grace was the fish and the corner store , which was having a 40% off sale. Should have talked to the manager but after only having are food for 5 mins she dropped the check off, not knowing if we needed boxes, more drinks or if we even wanted dessert, almost like she wanted us to leave quickly. In the future I will give this place a try again and hopefully be able to write a more positive review. The 4 photos showing up at the bottom are from a previous visit.

Personally I thought it was awful but my friend thought it was OK. Restaurant was only 1/4 full but we waited FOREVER for our waitress. Maybe she was outside taking a smoke break???? We order simple food of hot turkey sandwich platter and honestly I forget what else because I think I was TRYING to forget. Hot turkey sandwich was stone cold with cold glue gravy. We sent it back and the nuked it to boiling hot...OH BOY. im assuming it got stone cold because our waitress disappeared for like 15-20 minutes after we ordered and it probably popped right up in the window and sat there. Had to steal utensils off another table. Never got a refill on drinks because waitress was lost in space and only showed back up to give us a check. oh yeah... we got the food nuked boiling hot ,by a waitress I had to grab from another section. After all was said and done I spent like $50 for the table and no one got to eat or drink.Forgot to mention I had to have the cashier correct the bill because I was charged for something I didnt get.

Not a customer however former employee. As an employee I could not wait to get the heck out of this place. There is a very tight knit group of servers who greet their tables then do literally nothing else to take care of them and instead ask other servers for help and go into the break room or somewhere to conversation or play on phones. The younger manager Thomas has been caught talking trash behind my back multiple times to the point where I cursed at him and was still found to be in the right well enough to keep the job. The money is not good at all and the hours are even shittier. Not to mention at the end of the night youre expected to do atleast 2 hours worth of work where you will only be making about 3.50. I implore anyone who is thinking about working at this place to give it serious consideration before doing so. Easily the most toxic and cliquey environment Ive ever worked in.

We called to put in an order for pick up at 10:53am. It was approximately a 5 min wait before being taken off hold (busy Sunday morning brunch hours, so ok). We were told that it would be ready in 10-15 min. We arrived at about 11:30, thinking that a half hour would be more likely than a 15 min wait. We were directed to the to-go line by a hostess. As we become next in line, a lady blatantly, cuts in front of us and the to-go cashier rings her up. 12:15 comes around and still no food (an hour and 15 min post order made on the phone and after being told it would take 15 min). I found someone with a radio clipped to her shirt to inquire about our meal. She calls back and the food is brought out within a minute. It was cold and a little stale at this point and obviously, forgotten about. No "sorry for your wait" or anything. Disappointing.

Well the food is great, hands down. I was a bit disturbed by some of the customer service though. Woman named MO saw me when I came to the register. I said "hello" but no response. She then looked at me and said nothing. I had to initiate the conversation and just state that I wanted to place an order. Im aftican american. A Caucasian gentleman walked up to her right behind me and was greeted with a smile and a "hello, ready to check out?" Not very friendly. The other cashiers were friendly though. Just look out for Mo.

Used to love coming here, but the last few times we left questioning why we bother coming back. The service has been terrible our last couple visits (long waits for drinks, blackened burn marks on food that has to be sent back, all trash cans outside overflowing, none of the highchairs have working buckles, portion sizes get smaller and smaller, always have to remind them for bread to finally get it as dessert). Its very disappointing since the food still tastes great, but the experience leaves much to be desired.

Waitresses were not "customer friendly" in any way. One waitress managed to get my dish incorrect TWICE and by then my wife was done with her meal. Manager apologized, but did not seem sincere. Just apologized and threw his staff under the bus and didnt offer any comps. Will not eat at this restaurant EVER again & will discourage everyone I know. Even managed to move a monthly venue from my office to another location because of their horrible service. 40yrs old and Ive NEVER had service THIS bad!

Great breakfast.... Better than IHOP. Place was very large indoors plenty of space between tables. No people crowded together with tables right on top of one another. Staff very pleasant. My only regret was not to sound corny but there was a waitress who waited on me and a friend & I thought she was someone worth knowing on a personnel level. She mentioned also being a school teacher. Now I cant help but wish I had inquired if she was single. Guess now Ill never know dumb me i didnt even get her name.

My wife and I have always been huge fans of Cracker Barrel. We used to go at least twice per month, if not more, back when we lived in Missoula. However, I cant say Ill do the same at this one. The Sweet Tea we purchase here is never sweet enough. The food, while generally good, just doesnt seem to be the same. The staff is usually pretty great, Ive only had one bad waitress experience here. However, it generally isnt bad.
