This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The employees are officious and rude. This places worse than the DMV. I made an "appointment" online, and two hours after the so-called "appointment" time had come and gone, finally got to speak to someone at a desk. Only to be told that the errand I had come on was in vain. The day before, an employee at the same store told me to go home and order the phone I wished to upgrade online. I did, and chose the "pick-up in store" option. The guy had forgotten to tell me that people with my particular type of account cannot pick up in store. After the initial trip to the store, the time online and the time in line at the store on the second day, four hours of my life is gone.

10/29/2014 12:00 Noon I called for assistance to transfer my VERIZON phone over to a family and friends SPRINT plan. Woman told me on the phone that "it actually hurts us as sales reps when a phone gets put onto a plan". Sorry I called. Such an imposition. The impression she let me go away with was......we really prefer you dont come in rather than impose us by helping you join SPRINT when we dont get paid much on your type of transaction.

Initially, when I signed up in January, they were great. Here were are in September and I am furious! I never received my rebates and I have been talking to the manager (rich) for two weeks with no resolution. First I only get through maybe 30% of the time and I get no where. All I hear is Im waiting for corporate. Where is my rebate!!!!!

I couldnt have been treated better in this store. Patty is the name of the woman who helped me through a long and tedious process of switching a number from one carrier to another and getting me a much better plan than what i had before. Absolutely the best customer service i have ever received in a sprint store.

I went there to buy a phone had to wait 20 minutes to find out they didnt have any in stock. I think if youre a sells person and someone comes in and asks you if you have a make and model phone that has only been out for a week you should know if you have any in stock or not.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint to save money on the monthly premium cost. Very satisfied with my decision so far. I worked with Michael at the Sprint Store in the Festival at Bel Air. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you kindly Michael!
