I would give them a 0 star if I could. My horrible experience started with Fred Bean and carried over into Nissan 422 or Limerick. When I bought my 2011 Nissan Xterra I made a deal to add a tow hitch. Well when I went to pick up the truck after they installed the hitch I discovered the scratched up the bumper pretty bad. After pointing this out they decided to re-paint the bumper the same color of the car. (Factory bumper on xterra is a flat finish, sand blasted look, unlike the shine of the body paint with clear coat) I was OK with this so took the car. They gave me a free oil change for my hassle. Well I went to use my free oil change and when picking up the car I found grease hand prints all over the door, hood...etc. Very noticeable on a SUV with 3k on it. That was the last time I went back to Fred Beans Nissan Fast forward 4 yrs to 2015. The bumper that was painted by Fred Bean was starting to rust. I took the truck back to what I thought was Fred Beans to find they changed to Nissan 422 of Limerick. They agreed to paint the bumper and also replace a wheel stud that had been stripped (Was told by Costco when I had new tires put on). With the change of ownership I was hoping to have a positive experience but I was so wrong. When I went to pick up the truck it was raining and I quickly looked over the bumper. Once I got home and the rain stopped I looked it over again and notice there were several paint bubbles in the paint. I also happened to notice a license plate cover that wasnt mine. The funny part was it was a infinity plate cover. Well I took the cover off and realized why it was on. There were several horrible scratches being covered by it. WTF?? I immediately called them back and asked for the manager which I was given the run around. I was finally called back by the manager (Ivon) who assured me this would be taken care of. After dropping the truck back off and not having it for three more days it was fixed. How can you put a license plate cover on something to hide scratches not thinking I wouldnt notice. Very shady.. Fast forward 1 year to present. This weekend I decided to replace all 4 rotors and pads to pass inspection. The first three wheel went good without a problem. I go to take off the 4 wheel and remember this is the one they replaced the stud. I also happen to notice that they wheel lug nut is slightly different than the rest. I guess I never noticed because when I picked it up I was more pissed off about the bumper incident. I take the wheel off thank god with no problems, but notice right away that the stud is completely galled and I am amazed the nut came off. I would post the pictures but dont know how. I also touch the stud and it fall through the back. It was in there completely loose. They must of spun the screw putting it on because the part (teeth) that keeps it in place is smooth as can be. After finding the stud at a local auto store we were able to put a new one on. I am amazed that you can treat a customer the way this place does. Take some pride in your work. This service department is a joke. Stay away...far away!! I will never go back to this place again and will gladly drive 30 mins extra if I need to ever go to a Nissan dealership again.

Steve and William were great! They took their time to help me to walk me through the process even though it literally took all day. Not all day because they didnt know what they were doing but because they literally had to jump through every Loop and hoop to get me approved because my credit is nowhere near great and has been through the mud. But they took the time to help me because they felt that I was worthy of it I have had new cars I have had new used cars and I have had use lemon cars Ive had plenty of bad experiences and always a very high car note they totally superseded my expectations got me the lowest car note that I have ever seen and got me in a nice clean trustworthy new used car with very unbelievably low mileage. They truly and honestly care about the person and their needs and not about the commission that they can make off of dealing with numerous people in a day they literally once again spent all day helping me without a complaint without a Grimace without an attitude they did it with pride courtesy patience love and care I have never in my life dealt with people in the business of selling things who were so heartfelt and helping others I am beyond appreciative of Limerick Nissan and most of all I am grateful that there are good people like William and Steve who are employed there. This is definitely the place to find your car they will get you taken care of with a car note of your liking and with a car that is definitely trustworthy dont second-guess yourself when you pull up to this place because you would definitely leave out happy!

The experience started out great. The process of getting my new Nissan van for my business was nice and smooth and Jeanie was very accommodating until the day after I actually bought it....The sales lady Jeanie said there was a button to push for towing which I later realized was never installed on there and I also was notified she had left the dealership and no longer worked there. No body picked up where she left off with me as her customer. The 2 door kits I wanted installed were never put on and now I am stuck with a van without a towing package. Had I known this model didnt come with a towing package I would have got a different model because I tow a trailer every day. I am not sure why I was told it came with one only to find out by contacting 5 different people that this model doesnt even come with a tow package. When I called to speak with someone I was told there wasnt even a record of my purchase. Are you kidding me? Every person i talked to said I will follow up with you tomorroq. Tomorrow never came... On 5 seperste occasions I have tried to get in touch with management and now almost a year later I have yet to speak with management. I even personally went down to the dealership and was told by the man behind the desk "buddy today isnt a good day for this" customer service was and is awful. I own a business and believe very highly in customer service as should this dealership. I will never buy a vehicle from you again. This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Knowing we wanted to purchase a new car this year, we attended an auto show while outside our home state. We were very much impressed with the new 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. After test driving this vehicle and finding out that none of the dealerships around us offered the AWD version, we looked to the internet to discover what was available near our home back in PA, since we knew exactly what color and options we wanted. On the website for Nissan 422 of Limerick, PA we found the exact car we wanted and inquired online. Jon from the dealership responded to the inquiry promptly, we negotiated a deal in record time on the phone and found ourselves driving to PA to pick up our new car. Having never purchased a car through internet sales we were a little hesitant. It turned out to be one of the most pleasant car purchase experiences we have ever had. Jon was just great in expediting the entire transaction and we cannot say enough about how nice and courteous all members of this dealerships staff were from Jon, our sales rep, to Mike, the general manager to Sam in finance to the personnel in the parts department. All were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. What an excellent experience the purchase was! We would recommend that anyone considering buying a Nissan would go to this dealership. And, the 2015 Murano Platinum is amazing, with its luxurious and very comfortable interior coupled with the added safety technology!
