I would never recommend Just Cabinets. Such a horrible experience and they say nothing can be done. Not only did the delivery company tell us three times they did not want to be at our house delivering our order (new leather sectional, bedroom suite along with an blanket chest & chest of drawers) but they 1. Delivered the wrong wedge for the sectional 2. Break the back to the love seat and 3. The mirror for our bedroom set was broken. How was this fixed? A call 2 days later telling us they would schedule us for another delivery days later but a time could not be guaranteed even though they knew we could not take a delivery during our work hours since we accommodated their delivery once already with our jobs. When they called to confirm the delivery the night before I told them that time would not work and was told my order was being taken off the truck since they "were not there to accommodate my schedule". Again nothing being done on the end of the local Lancaster location other than multiple phone calls that serves no purpose other than to tell us they could do nothing. We decided to just pick up the replacement items ourselves so we did not have to wait another week for a delivery. Get our items home and the mirror looks like a child put it together. Now we have to waste more of our time returning that a second time along with returning the items the delivery guys didnt take with them. Again they cannot do anything for us. Will never buy anything from them again. Very disappointed nothing was done about our situation. Customers are not valued.

Ordered 11 cabinets and countertop. Cabinets were delivered. 1 with broken hindge that my contractor had to rig with wood putty when it was installed. Then paid $600.00 extra to have a template made of the counter top with the sink installed and delivered/installed at my home. When they called to schedule the countertop they said they were NOT going to install it but rather just deliver. I said I paid for install. They said not according to the paper work and that I should call the store. So, I called George my salesman. He said when we reviewed the final paper work what he meant when he said install was that they would install the sink into the countertop. He did not mean I was paying the extra $600.00 to have the counter top installed. Talk about a bait and switch and intentionally trying to screw over the customer. Never again. I have a 2nd property I will be renovating and I will NOT be using Just Cabinets. And I will make sure I pass the word to all my family and friends and highly discourage them to use Just Cabinets.

I have purchased MULTIPLE items for my house over the last 8 years and the most recent time we were there we dealt with the WORST customer service and countless lies then I ever could imagine...We found a bedroom suit we wanted and we given a quote from a floating manager offering us various things...told her we would be back the next day...within 24 hours we were back in and quoted a new HIGHER price...left very upset tried to get in contact with customer service but couldnt .... then told another HIGHER price then the previous high price...called someone new and was treated so rudely ... for buying there tons of times and referring people I was disgusted how I was treated and how dishonest their pricing system is...I felt like I was being ripped off and it made me even feel worse of the times before that I was probably ripped off as well....I have been in contact with my lawyer and praying this can be resolved!

We had a very positive experience working with Brad to design and order our new kitchen cabinets and countertop. He was really helpful and patient, but not at all pushy like some salespeople can be. We were in the store on numerous occasions and everyone was helpful to get us what we needed. The cabinets were delivered on time and in good condition. We were told to expect to schedule the countertop installation 4 weeks in advance but they were able to fit us in in 2 weeks, and all went off without a hitch. We would recommend Brad and the Just Cabinets on Lititz Pike to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel.

The staff in this store very helpful and friendly. The store itself features a wide range of quality and price. Some of the furniture is truly a bargain and other items can be found elsewhere cheaper. You just have to shop around. I bought several tables and chairs here for both home and office use and felt overall they were fair prices and I received what I paid for. The lower end wooden chairs you have to be very careful with as they simply are not designed nor built very well.
