I have been patronizing this bike shop, The Bike House, for years. I have NO idea what the one star reviews are about. Joyce, the owner, is very helpful. I have purchased three brand new bikes over the years, all Schwinn bikes, all VERY high quality. I have also purchased some of her rehabbed used bikes for kids and they work fine for the kids for the year or two theyve used them before outgrowing them. Additionally, I bring my bikes to her for tune ups (the Schwinns), and repairs (the kids bikes) and she ALWAYS tries to accommodate my needs. (As in, "my kids are going camping in 4 days, can you help get these bikes working in that time?" Shell growl at my at my last minute habits, :) , but if she can get them done (sometimes it just is too late), shell try her best. Great service! Great bikes!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner lady was rude, bikes straight from China, pieces of junk!!! OVER PRICED!!! Really rude OWNER arrogant lady, miserable!!! Rude to my7 yr old daughter !! BIKE TUBE COSTS $9.50!!!!!! This be busted in 20 days, called the manufacturer n ThEYtold me it was. CHINA FAKE!!!!!!! Never again will I walk in this HOUSE/ store,,, lady is definitely cocky n wants out of this business!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! Rude to a child, then clos your doors u nasty old crow!!!!!!!!!
